TOM FORD Beverly Hills provides a great and welcoming experience for first-time and returning visitors. The location is very nice and welcoming. Employees are attentive, very accommodating, friendly, and very easy going. Service is superb, with clear communication and follow through. Staff help in selecting the perfect gift, favorite scents, or items like a bow tie, providing a level of service that customers would not expect. Salespeople are described as the best and nicest, making clients feel comfortable and dressed up with honesty and time, even without an expectation of purchase. The store offers a high-end environment with a focus on making the visit meaningful.
While in Beverly Hills, of course I had to stop in to see Mr. Ford and pick up a quick gift for my husband. The employee was attentive and very accommodating in helping to select the perfect gift & one of his favorite scents. Very nice and welcoming location.
