The store associate, Maria, called 5 different stores to try to help find another location with the bag. Although I wasn’t able to find the bag, she went above and beyond to help me. I returned recently with my daughter, just planning to browse — and once again, we were blown away by the exceptional service, this time from Francesca. She learned that both my daughter and I have birthdays at the end of the month and went above and beyond to celebrate with us. Francesca took us up to the store’s private rooftop and brought out two glasses of champagne to toast our special day. It was such a warm, thoughtful, and elegant gesture.
Francesca made us feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated. Her kindness and attention turned an ordinary visit into an unforgettable memory. If you’re shopping at this Burberry location, ask for Francesca — she’s outstanding and truly represents the luxury experience at its best.

“I've been coming to this store for the past 1.5 years for my sexier lingerie (for everyday wear I buy regular stuff) and only have good things to say! It's a smaller store but they have a great collection of items in all sorts of colors and styles. I also want to shout out Tisa (I think that's her name--not sure if she's the owner or just works there) but she's been there every time I've come in and she's just so helpful in finding me the most flattering colors and pieces for whatever mood I'm in. Also a few months ago, I'd purchased a bra but the matching panty was out of stock and she said she'd hold it and contact me if/when it did come in. I'd check in to the store every time I was in the area to see if it was available but I went in yesterday and the sample sale was going on (great sale btw!) and was touched that she'd found the panty and held it for me. She'd misplaced my contact info but kept it aside, so super glad I came in to the store! I really appreciated the personal touch and look forward to many purchases in the future!”

I probably put on 30 pairs of pants and jeans to find two that fit perfectly, and she was constantly popping in to check the fits and bring more options. “I stopped in while visiting LA from the east coast and ended up spending hours talking to Monica as I tried on pieces from her wonderful collection. Her collections of Oscar De La Renta and Herve Leger were particularly impressive, but there really was a little bit of everything. It was all immaculately restored, organized, and preserved, further showing how much Monica cares about her store and her customers. She lives and breathes luxury. After tea, I left with a stunning contemporary vintage Emilio Pucci gown and a pair of Gucci heels, but I’ll be sure to leave more room in my suitcase next time.Definitely worth the trip over to that part of Beverly Hills. “The store is very welcoming and the window dress from the street view really converse with you...the clothes and other decor really draws you in. While in Beverly Hills, you must do as the Beverly Hills folks do, and that is to window shop...! You walk along looking at all the wonderful items...and then all of a sudden...your no longer outside, but inside of TAGS....where as I entered to get a closer look at more of this prized loot...a very friendly gentleman stopped his work and kindly spoke to me about certain selections in men attire.He was very knowledgeable and indicated he had worked as a personal shopper for a number of entertainers in the past. One I was very familiar with from a former UPN network show that I was a writer on.The young man who is named J.J. gave me a number of wonderful ideas for my wifes upcoming birthday on the 25th of September.He really assisted me by going out of his way to call my wife and direct her on how to make a boutique appointment for specialized shopping needs. He was very attentive to me and my wife on the phone and answered all of her questions and mine with details.He treated us very well. Will come back again in the future. Most definitely, my wife has set an appointment.I am very impressed with TAGS. The window decore really draws you in.”
