“I have always felt that the only BMW you should own is one under warranty. Parts & repair at a dealership are astronomical. Driven SD is close to home, they have outstanding reviews here & on Yelp, so we decided to give them a try.
The reviews didn't lie: They are really that good. We have returned several times for repairs with great results. Their prices are very reasonable, with their estimates prior to doing the work, spot on. If there is something that they can't do, they will refer you to the right shop. Read the reviews and saw lots of positive feedback so o deceived to make an appointment.
Spoke to Amanda about setting up an appointment to diagnose it completely for my 1998 Toyota Camry.
Amanda called me later that day but before calling me she sent the quote via email so as we were talking I had a visual of what needed to be done.
On the quote it had a nice breakdown and even notes on the side that the mechanic recommended to do.
So we went with the repair to do the Control Arm, Stabilizer Bar Control Link, Inner and Outter Tie Rod back in April 2023.
Haven’t had an issue with it since and still have a year warranty left!
Moving forward to 2024
Over the past 2 weeks I’ve been having issues with my right back tire on my 1998 Toyota Avalon.
I wanted to be cheap and not go to an auto shop to have my rotors and brakes. A friend said they could do my rotors and brakes so I decided to move. A week went by and I started to have issues with my right back tire where it started to Noise.
I was informed that it was my wheel bearing, but I was able to still drive for a couple.
A week went by and this past weekend I started to have issues to where The noise got louder, and I didn’t feel safe Driving.
So I decided to schedule an appointment Supreme auto repair.
They had open availability within the couple days so I took Monday for the appointment.
I dropped it off Monday morning at 8 AM.
Amanda had called me back later this afternoon to inform me about the quote I receiving Her call.
They informed me that my backing plate was damaged due to the previous mechanic, changing my rotors and brakes.
She informed me that part is very rare to find due to my car being old So they were gonna try their best to Find the part.
On Tuesday, they had informed me that they were unable to locate As of as they have mentioned before, how rare the part is.
They were going to have the welder stop by Wednesday morning to see if they can repair it.
Wednesday morning Amanda had sent me the quote of the final results of the repair and give me a call to follow up.
When I stop by that afternoon, she even had the Old parts set aside for me to take a look.
Can’t express how happy I am to this place and all because of the amazing reviews and experience everyone has had so I needed to share mine!
Will be my go to place from now on.

“Everyone at Frank’s does excellent work and they really stand by their customers. I have a 2022 Honda HR-V and 2003 Ford Focus SE and they have done amazing work on both cars. They’ve done timing belts, front suspension, brakes, control arms, and more on my Focus and all for really fair prices. I also had a situation where I got “new” tires from a tire shop they work with, but turns out they were from 2021. Joe (one of the managers at Frank’s) caught the tire shop trying to sneak out an old pair of tires on my car and took my car back to the tire shop and got me 2025 tires at no extra charge. They communicate well, get work done at a good pace, and are very knowledgeable. Very grateful to have found this place!”

“If you’re looking for an honest shop with integrity, I had a great experience here and highly recommend. This review was not asked for or mentioned in any way by the shop, I’m solely posting out of my own will.
I posted in a FB group looking for a mechanic for my 20 years old car bc the dealership was being sketchy and was referred to Junior at AA Auto Repair & Transmission. They said their whole family has brought their cars here and the honesty and work is impeccable. I called to ask some questions and explain my issue and Junior was so helpful and informative and said I could even bring my car in same day to see if I even needed the repairs the dealership was saying I needed because they often lie about tie rods. Sure enough after I brought my car in (less than an hour after our phone call) he showed me the undercarriage and explained why I did not need the repairs. I asked if he had time for an oil change and he said yes no problem and they did my oil change right then and there. While I was waiting I spoke to 2 return customers who had nothing but nice things to say about Junior and his team. They worked really fast too, I was in and out within an hour and that’s with me asking 101 questions lol Will definitely be coming back 10000%”
