“This store has a huge variety of food products that are hard to find in other markets. There are a number of ready to heat and eat products that would be great for singles. You can always purchase plants like orchids there.”

“We were running errands and stopped in to pick up some snacks for the road when we saw the deli tucked away in the corner of the store. They had an impressive variety of meats, cheeses and breads. We ordered our custom sandwiches and they were done in less than 10 min! They were so loaded and tasty ? Totally worth it . I wish they had some place for us to sit and eat it though. Kinda tough to eat it in our car. You really needed both hands to hold onto it.”
“My wife wanted to go see the outdoor market at the Meadows. Once we got there we saw the sign for Meadows deli and market. So after we walked around we made our way to the deli. I got the tri-tip cali burrito, wife got Ruben sandwich and daughter got Italian hot sub. All out of this world. The staff was so nice and helpful when I asked about the menu items. I can’t wait to go back for the pizza. Thank you for a nice experience ?”

“This Vista location must be the best Trader Joe's in the area. Parking is easy and plentiful! The store is conveniently located off Sycamore and University! It is always well stocked and tidy. Loads of food options in spacious aisles. There are frequent samples near the back of the store, with items located close by for convenience. Checkers and crew members are always happy to help. The best Trader Joe's service in the area, truly.”
“Popped in here to grab some jugs of water—heard the prices were good, but I’d never shopped at Aldi before. Honestly, not impressed. I know a lot of people like it, but the store felt kind of sparse, hardly any workers around, and no one at the cashier when I was checking out. ? Some items, like the strawberries, were decent and had good prices, but overall the shopping experience didn’t wow me. Nothing compares to Trader Joe’s across the street—same great prices but with all the fun, creative, festive items and that sense of community, plus all your favorite little Trader Joe’s goodies. ?
I might swing by Aldi occasionally for a jug of water, but otherwise… eh.”

“We just stopped in here to check the place out. I am familiar with the amazing Promo Food Mart, which apparently is not related to this place (they have different websites).
It's very small and the walkways are tight, like maybe the width of two people. They have tons of raw meat & fish for sale, as well as prepared cooked food. They have a separate register for burrito, taco, and tamale orders. No need to pay $20 for a carne asada burrito anywhere else, they have them for $9.99 here. On Tuesdays and Fridays, tacos are $0.99.
We bought some shrimp ceviche and aguachiles. Both could have used a little more shrimp but the flavors were good. Can't wait to try the hot food next time.”
“This location is awesome! I got $298 worth of groceries for $151.71. They have all the same brands as the other stores and lots of fresh produce and herbs. My cashier, Michelle, was so helpful and kind. She helped me save even more by showing me how to use the app. I’m so glad I found this place!!”

“Honestly I've been going to Northgate for The last 5 years after work I think every Northgate is good but this one that's located in the city of Vista oh my God by respects I have forgot my cell phone in my car on top of my car and these people are honest not the first time they take care of it honest right here the the food is wonderful ??”
“Another great grocery store option in Vista. Stater Bros. has great prices, friendly employees, and a good selection of everyday items. Got some dogfood trays for $1 here. The store is well organized and easy to shop.
Vista has a lot of good grocery options depending on what you’re looking for. There’s Trader Joe's, Northgate González, Frazier Farms Market, Sprouts Farmers Market, Albertsons … and even Walmart and Target have pretty nice grocery sections too.
Nice to have another solid grocery shopping option in the area. ?”
“The parking lot is pretty tight. The store is different from the other locations I'm used to, it feels like the layout is reversed and goes right to left instead of left to right.
It is generally well organized and clean, you can tell it's up kept or just has less traffic. The staff are friendly, I got rung up by a nice guy named Nicholas. They seem quick to open another line.
The important part: the Aisle of Shame is easy to browse and get through without being trashed. They must have someone going through often to fix it.”
“I really enjoy stopping by at Sprouts.
Reasons below:
1. Sprouts is less than 2 miles from my house.
2. Sprouts workers in store are always friendly and helpful.
3. Fruit and vegetable section are amazing!
4. Cheese selection is wonderful & I love cheese.
5. Boar's head meats are here! Woohoo.
6. Ready to cook section has wide selection. I am telling you the Salmon is epic!

“Very nice store, great selection, even supplements, oils and herbs, but more expensive because it is not a big chain store. They offer coupon discounts like buy $100 and save $10 with the coupon, even online coupon works for the discount.”
“I love coming here for the sandwiches. ? They offer gluten free bread. You can make it a meal with chips and a bottle of water. My favorites are the turkey or chicken salad sandwiches. Before I leave, I like to stop by the bulk bins and get a little chocolate for dessert.”

“The guy in the deli who works 6 days a week prepares my salami like an angel. Its prrfectly sliced with the little wax paper thingies in between to keep the stack fresh. Now, if they, the albertsons inventory gods of dried meats brought back the primo taglio brand genoa salami from wherever they have recently permanently banished, I would be suspicious under the impression that it would indeed be too good to be true. Primo Taglio with the amazing job the deli guy does for me. Thank you awesome deli man. I hope primo taglio makes it way back to the genoa corner of the deli case.”
“Always enjoy coming here. However, the past two weeks I noticed that the vanilla flavored whey protein powder (1 lb bag)that used to be like $8.99 for a long time suddenly jumped to like $18.99?? That's crazy. I hope that's not the case with the other GO stores. I'll probably have to start getting my whey protein from winco or somewhere else that's more affordable. Also the saffron road enchiladas (frozen entrees) aren't that great. I think they have less sodium in general than other frozen enchiladas, which is good for health but the flavor was lacking. All I could taste was cumin and some chipotle. Def recommend making them yourself over this brand ?”

“Selection may be limited but they have the best prices around and have a lot of good stuff within that limited selection. Food 4 less may have more to choose from, for example, but this place has higher quality items at even better prices and the cashiers are usually very friendly and helpful”
“Are you kidding me?!?! This is the best healthy eating store on the face of the planet! I got all of these lovely vegetables, most of them organic, plus beer, kombucha and essential oil for $43.
I will be returning many times in my 2 weeks here. And Oceanside will be a top contender of where I eventually land just because of this store.
I didn't get any meats or prepared foods (This trip!) but they looked fantastic and I will definitely be back for them.

“I love this tortilleria. The fact that I can custom order my masa for tamales without lard is amazing. So accommodating but you need to order ahead of time. I made the mistake of thinking I could handle my one woman tamale masa making show, I cannot. They pulled through for me at a crucial moment in my process.”
