“Such a wonderful business - so lucky to have them in the valley! They just dropped off a load of lumber to my house and I have a really awful driveway and the guy (wish I got his name) navigated it so well! He got a little stuck but worked so so hard to get the truck out never took a break. The hardest worker I’ve ever met! I had some keys made last year, they didn’t work, I went back two more times and still none of them worked. I gave up and had them made elsewhere. I didn’t think much of it until one of my coworkers today mentioned they also had similar issues getting keys made at this location.”

“I stopped by the Ace Hardware in Felton and it’s one of the nicest hardware stores I’ve been to. The whole place is brand new, super clean, and really well organized.

The coolest part is they have an actual ice cream counter inside. You can grab a cone or a cup, or just pick up a container to take home, which is something you definitely don’t expect in a hardware store.

They’ve got a great selection of stuff, a really nice garden center, and it wasn’t crowded at all when I went. The staff were also really friendly and easy to talk to.

Overall just a really solid store. I’d definitely go back, even just for the ice cream.”

Fast forward to this year, we were having trouble with the couch and cushions and when we stopped by to let them know, and the staff took care of us without hesitation and ordered replacement pieces for us.
