Mike, the car mechanic there, is honest, skilled, and truly trustworthy. He took the time to diagnose my car properly and went above and beyond with the repairs. Not only did he fix the main issue, but he also repaired my hood latch and even added oil to my car. It’s rare to find a mechanic who genuinely cares about doing the job right and making sure the customer drives away completely satisfied.

“I took my Lincoln into a dealership due to a red engine light. They said it would cost $700 to fix it. I went to Brea Brake and Radiator and told them what the dealership said had to be done. They asked if I wanted to have them check it out before doing it. I said ok. They said that the service suggested by the dealership was not needed, fixed the engine light and I have not had trouble with it since. Needless to say, this is where I am now taking my car.”

“For the second time in three months, I was in need of auto body repair for our cars. I was stopped at a light in my newly purchased used 2020 Infiniti QX-60 when I was rear-ended in August and my daughter backed her new 2023 Mazda CX-5 into another car last week in our church parking lot. Both needed rear bumper replacements in addition to additional parts hidden behind the bumper. We received great customer service throughout the repair process on both cars. They were ready to be picked up sooner than we expected and both looked as good as new. I think my vehicle actually looked better than when I bought it just six months ago from the dealer. You would never know either vehicle had been in an accident. Both repair experiences were the best I have ever had at an auto body repair shop. Unfortunately for me, I have had more than my share of these repair experiences. There is no doubt where I will be having all future auto body repairs done. “When I arrived with a leaky tire they asked if I bought it from Firestone. I said I did not. They checked it out and determined it was bought at COSTCO. (It was.) So they said "You got it at COSTCO. You know COSTCO will fix the tire for free or replace it." HONEST.”
“They sent a tow truck to us and it took awhile to arrive. When the man checked under the hood with all his equipment and couldn't locate the problem via his attachments he then asked for the keys and inserted them repeatedly ( 6 times) into the door and then he started the engine up immediately. Who knew the kill switch was directly linked to the alarm? Sure made us believers. He apologized for our wait and we told him we heard there was a lil traffic jam on hilltop and L st due to an accident and not to worry. Just very professionally savvy and polite to apologize for his late arrival when it was beyond his control. Nice kid.”
“Rudy and Mac were extremely helpful in getting my tires rotated. The place I bought them (Allen Tire) wouldn't even get out of their chair to look at the tires much less honor the purchase agreement of free balance and rotation. The Allen tire guy gave me every reason he could think of (tires too old, tires too worn....without even looking). Rudy and Mac took my truck in and rotated the tires and even balanced two of them for me without any question. I was left with a satisfied feeling of true customer satisfaction. When looking for new tires, Big O will we top of my list.”
“This place is very busy most of the time. I came on a Friday around noon and got service right away. They were able to get my tires changed in around 40 minutes. Great price, a little unorganized but had a good experience.”
