“Called up and spoke to Charlie as I needed to see about getting new brakes and having my transmission serviced on my Ford F150. Charlie was fantastic! Has lots of experience in the auto repair industry. They serviced my transmission and also checked the brakes and advised I still had 50 to 60% on the pads and no change was necessary. Also rotated the tires. Service was quick, prices are very fair. Will definitely return for any future car repair needs.”

“This was my first visit to White Automotive. I had heard about them from my neighbor. My car is a 2008 Honda. My issue was a sound I had not heard previously. They said they had a full shop, but to bring the car over. When I arrived, they listened to the sound and told me what it potentially could be.A few hours later, they called and had the primary problem fixed. But during the test drive, they found another issue. With the age of the car, I was not surprised. I was grateful they found and fixed this other issue. I depend on the car to operate even though it is not used often.”

It's hard going to mechanics as a woman because it's so easy to get up-charged or not have things explained to you but Brian is amazing at explaining every single thing he's doing down to the small details and walking you through all the steps while showing you pictures and answering any insane car questions you may have. Connie is one of the sweetest women I have ever met and let me stay in the office with her and snack on some chips and enjoy the AC in this 100 degree weather while maintaining awesome conversation. “Let me start off by saying Gerardo made me feel super comfortable and not taken advantage of. He is very personable, honest, and knowledgeable. There is a sense of care and integrity that he definitely shows in his work/for his customers.
Anytime I needed to take my car in for service (used to take it to the dealership) they’d tell me I needed 58 other things I needed to do/pay for.
In this case, my battery was overdue for replacing. Luckily Gerardo had the exact battery I needed in stock and installed it for me. No further issues with my vehicle after that until my check engine light came on a couple days later. This was due to the dealer being negligent about properly tightening something under my hood. It was a super quick fix and he had me out of there in no time.
I’m even going back in for other services my car will be due for in the near future.
Do yourself a favor and bring your car here, especially if you feel like you’re not being taken care of by the vultures at your local dealership. Gerardo will not disappoint!”
