“There is no other bank in California which trains their employees the way F&M Bank does. I started banking with them around 10 years ago. I remember walking into the Fullerton office and I could not believe how genuinely caring their staff was (and still is) toward me. At the beginning, as I visited the branch, approximately twice a month, I was amazed that every one remembered my name, as soon as I walked into the office, and gave me a warm greeting as I walked in. NO OTHER BANK employees have ever done this. It's not like I have a huge bank account with them. The Fullerton branch, under the guidance of Lily, the wonderful operations manager, is truly exemplary. Then there are the other wonderful workers, Maila, Mei, and Mia, who go out of their way, along with other newer staff, to make sure our experience is wonderful every time we all visit the branch. If every business ran their customer service with such attitude, our business world would be blessed! I'm actually mad at myself for not having written this review years ago. “My experience with Magnolia Bank was nothing short of excellent. They helped me with the purchase of my first home and worked with me when no other lender could be bothered to deal with such a “difficult” loan. My loan agent was polite, knowledgeable, and held my hand through the entire process. Everyone says home purchases are incredibly stressful, but my agent patiently and professionally put up with my constant questions and daily (admittedly unreasonable) demands for updates and made this a stress free process for me. Magnolia Bank kept the promises they made and we closed well within the timeline they provided. I would recommend them to anyone!”

I recently just refinanced my auto loan with them and Priscilla helped me out and made the entire process super simple and quick. She’s very knowledgeable and helped answer all my questions with a smile. You can always tell when somebody loves their job. I’m lucky to bank here, I appreciate the whole team.”

“Great service today from alber the manager and austin. I had to go back and forth from US bank. That was holding my check for a week. They got me the copy of my cleared check. But us bank wouldnt still clear it so I came back and alber helped me wire money to my account quickly. Funds were in my account in less than 30 minutes. Thanks again to alber and austin. Chase is unfavorable as its CEO disrupts the market with wrong information. And later you came to know they did that to be in better position to invest than individual investors! Haaa.”
“This Citibank location is very clean, well protected, and has very friendly staff. There is usually never a long waits/lines. I always have inquiries done very quickly. My only issue is the drive-thru ATM, the ATM is not very good at reading/accepting paper bills which requires me to walk to the one in front or must go inside the building. I guess another issue would be turning into the location Southbound on Harbor Blvd since this is downtown, however this really isn't issue with Citibank itself. This is a great Citibank location.”
“The branch manager as of 2923 is amazing. This branch is particularly located near a freeway and 399,999+ residents commuting, horribly skeleton crew- but they make it happen. They work their butts off. The manager greeted me and handled my simple issues and thanked me for being a valued customer. Maybe I got lucky?”
“This has been my go-to Well’s Fargo location for the last 6+ years. All the tellers are very friendly and knowledgeable. I recently went to the branch for wire transfer help and Luke made sure I left a happy and satisfied customer. He greeted me when I walked in, explained the wire transfer process and fees to me, and answered all my questions. Above all, he made sure my transfer was approved before I left. Thank you Luke for all the help!”

“I had a fantastic experience at the Chase Bank branch in Orangethorpe! All of the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, especially Oscar, who assisted me with setting up my new account. He completed everything using the new system in just 23 minutes, which was super impressive! This was a refreshing change from my experience at another Chase branch in Anaheim, on Brookhurst, where I was told it would take more than an hour, and the staff there had a poor attitude. I definitely prefer this Orangethorpe branch—the staff are friendly, efficient, and provide fast, excellent service. Highly recommended!”

“I found some Nacho Cheese Takis. They're really difficult to find in other stores. Small parking lot. I got myself a Black Stag Vanilla Iced Latte. Total came out to six dollars and some change. Cashier did not seem to be very happy working there, but he was pretty kind to me and customer before me. The chips and iced latte were easy to find. Overall, I'm glad I found those Nacho Cheese Takis, and I enjoyed my purchase.”
