“I visited this branch during the week to deposit cash. There was a teller free immediately and she helped me politely and efficiently. I don't recall her name but she was in training and I think mentioned that she had previously worked at Wells Fargo. She did a great job and I was in and out within 5 minutes. The branch was clean and tidy.”

“I had a fantastic experience at the Chase Bank branch in Orangethorpe! All of the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, especially Oscar, who assisted me with setting up my new account. He completed everything using the new system in just 23 minutes, which was super impressive! This was a refreshing change from my experience at another Chase branch in Anaheim, on Brookhurst, where I was told it would take more than an hour, and the staff there had a poor attitude. I definitely prefer this Orangethorpe branch—the staff are friendly, efficient, and provide fast, excellent service. Highly recommended!”

“I had the most wonderful experience here. I was very nervous to open a bank account as i know some banks take advantage of teenagers and their lack of experience. However, this bank is fully transparent and honest with all it's clients. I was helped by Norma at this location and I can't even begin to express my gratitude. She was so kind and patient with me. This was my very first bank account so naturally i had lots of questions. She answered every single one of them and explained everything to me. “This Citibank location is very clean, well protected, and has very friendly staff. There is usually never a long waits/lines. I always have inquiries done very quickly. My only issue is the drive-thru ATM, the ATM is not very good at reading/accepting paper bills which requires me to walk to the one in front or must go inside the building. I guess another issue would be turning into the location Southbound on Harbor Blvd since this is downtown, however this really isn't issue with Citibank itself. This is a great Citibank location.”
“This review is less about the bank/financial center but specifically for Mr. Lopez who runs the Merril investment side form this branch,
Banks aren't what they used to be - corporate wants to steer consumers to online banking to save overhead and the personal touch of a financial professional is long gone.
Mr. Lopez is a reminder of the good old personal relationship banking days. He's kind and professional and does go beyond for his clients. He's been taking great care of my parents who are OG, and has the patience to walk them through everything.

“Since I first ever opened a bank account it's been with Chase . Although my family has had other banks like BOFA, WF , etc. In my opinion Chase is a great way to bank , and whenever I've had any issues , Veronica Arroyo has always been super helpful and patient even before she came to the Fullerton location and because of her exceptional customer service I continue to bank with Chase . All the surrounding bank associates are also very helpful and kind . I've never had an issue in any LM Or Fullerton locations . With that being said , if this location was not the best experience for you before ... I do believe that with Veronicas skills and positive attitude , this location will learn , grow , and become a positive , comfortable place for all the Fullerton locals and visitors . Ms. Arroyo is a very professional, and an excellent bank associate who has a lot of potential and can excel in just about anything. I believe all bank associates should take notes on how she communicates with her customers especially when dealing with difficult account matters . The patience she has with kids, and impatient adults, or just confused customers is a skill she has naturally perfected . The manager also seems very nice and helpful along with the young man named IAN at the front desk who saw me signing in today and wanted to make sure I had been helped even before I could sit down . Thank you for the great customer service !”

Chase is unfavorable as its CEO disrupts the market with wrong information. And later you came to know they did that to be in better position to invest than individual investors! Haaa.”
