But she responded to my inquiry online and soon enough, I had an appointment with her to discuss what I would need altered and its cost. In that first meeting, I left my wedding dress with her with full trust that everything would be altered beautifully. You can tell she is a true professional at what she does and loves doing so. I'm so glad I found her in the midst of planning my "quick" wedding. I had lots of bead work and some lace on my dress. It came out seamless.
In addition, I had been worried about how I would take my wedding dress on the airplane, but on the pick up day, she remembered and gently folded up my wedding dress and bagged it beautifully to fit in my luggage. She truly is a life saver. Thank you, Shayma!!

“It was a very welcoming environment, Dylan was right there at the front of the store to welcome my sister and I with a welcoming smile. He was very helpful, answered all of my questions, and led me straight to the jeans I was looking for. He also got a fitting room started for me and when the jeans I wanted weren’t in the color I wanted , he found them online. Overall great experience, I will be recommending it to friends and family and will be coming back again.”

She was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, making what can sometimes be a stressful process feel effortless and enjoyable. “Fabulous! Came here to shop for a birthday gift for a family member and was having a hard time picking out a size. The associate with blonde hair was able to look him up from his phone number and tell me exactly what size he usually orders since I told her he has an account. “Urban Outfitters is one of my favorite stores in the Brea Mall. This location is not as large as other UOs, but its facilities are well-organized. I like that they have different kinds of merchandise besides clothing & apparel; they also have accessories, home goods, beauty products, and vintage items, etc. Other Urban Outfitters locations may have more selections, and the merchandise may not be out of stock as often. Their prices are not cheap because they focus on a premium pricing model, but some of their designs are unique and attractive.”
“Favorite spot for jeans, their collection is good for everyday clothing.They always have some deal going on, good prices. Customer service is great.Just wish if they can replace trial room curtains with hard wooden doors if possible. Sometime people just jump inside the trial room without any hesitation of asking if someone is in there.”

“My mom found this place when we were out looking for my wedding dress and I called them same day and asked if I could come in to try on dresses and she booked me for a same day appointment. When we got there it was a little confusing because it is a suite inside of a building with a bunch of salons but I called when I arrived and the owner came out to meet me.
I was the only customer of hers for the hour that she spent with me and gave me her undivided attention and effort, she was efficient, and listened to my tastes and got me in and out of multiple different dresses and she had such a good variety in stock! She also picked out many veils to put on me to complete the look.
There was a nice couch for my family to sit and watch me walk out and stand on the pedestal in front of the mirror with great lighting. It was the perfect experience. Not only a super wide selection, but the best prices I've seen!! Every dress that I tried on was under like $300. I walked out with my dress same day. This is a great one stop shop if you have a tight budget for your dress and want one-on-one help, this is the place to go! Truly a hidden gem of a place. Thank you!!”
“Wife and daughter's favorite Ross to shop. They spend about an hour scouting for deals. Store clean and well organize. Large clean, safe and well lit parking lot.Plus, I can go next door to Wal-Mart for fishing tackle.”

He is very professional and knowledgeable about how clothing and fashion works.
I got a new job (Business to Business) performing from $5,000 - $500,000 deals. He helped me arm my closet and wardrobe with the proper function to A) land the job and interviews, and B) Sell and adapt to the community very quickly.
I have been to other clothing stores and no one is more helpful than Nick and his current staff.

“BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERToday I went to a tillys to just look around and spend some time with my girlfriend. When in the store during my checkout I accidentally clicked my Tack Deck over the blocker behind the register. The Tech Deck sadly fell down a hole behind the register (for wires), a spot the employees said was basically a home forever kind of spot. However Aiden was super helpful, she took my phone # and said she'd give me a call if it was found. Only about 2 hours later I received a call back! And she found it! She went through all the trouble of full unscrewing some sort of cabinet, practically taking apart the counter just to get what seemed like my "toy". It may seem that way but there's main brands just like most things, and it was indeed an expensive "toy". I'm very grateful for aiden's extra money fort and care! She deserve an awesome high five or even a chance for a raise because that was some amazing service!!!!!!!”

“It was one of the most fortunate accidents of my life that I came across Bespoke tailors. I walked in one day several weeks before my wedding to see if I could find the right tuxedo for my special day. JC was very informative and knowledgeable in showing me all the possibilities. After a short conversation he had informed me that they could do a custom piece/lining for my tuxedo that would make it the talk of the Town. And was it ever. Everyone instantly fell in love with the idea of having a photo collage lining in my tuxedo and wanted to take pictures of it. The quality, the communication, and customer service is second to none.
