The store is very nice and clean. The wooden flooring gives the place a rustic feel. There is plenty of parking. The customer service associates are friendly, nice, and approachable. I would highly recommend checking this store out. 5 out of 5 stars!

I'm pretty sure i do not fall into UO's target demographic, but I pop in regularly for things like fragrances and jewelry and knick knacks. Today I picked up nail polish (cheaper than CVS) and a pair of gold hoops for only $2.99. Love this store.

My only experience with this store was over the phone, but Jennifer at the register was a wonderful sales person! She was ready to help + super patient with me and my questions about inventory. I will exclusively be driving out to this Brea location thanks to their professional and personable customer service.
