“While I was inquiring about a some occupancy sensors that were needed for our schools, I made contact with Walters (Will Call Center) and I had the privilege in being connected with Andrew Felix, Counter Supervisor and Mark Gomez, Branch Manager. All though they did not the quantity I needed, their knowledge in products, professionalism, and support was stellar. Although the phones were ringing; other customers were being assisted, and/ or waiting to be assisted, I never felt rushed. They demonstrated customer care for all. Kudos to Walters and thank you Mr. Felix and Mr. Gomez!”
“I go to this home depot all the time. The employees are always helpful and friendly. There are 2 employees off hand that I want to be recognized for extraordinary customer service. One is Don in self check out and the other is Paul in returns. On 2 separate occasions I was in need of help and these guys were extra helpful and courteous. There are a number of other employees that have been helpful but these 2 stand out. I meant to do a review for Paul on my receipt but I lost it. Sorry.”
