“I had an excellent experience getting my phone fixed at Smartfix. I brought in my iPhone 13 Pro because the speaker wasn’t working properly, and I honestly thought it would be expensive. Every other place I checked was charging around $80 just to fix the speaker. When I came to Smartfix, Sahil took a quick look at my phone and immediately knew what the issue was.
Instead of replacing parts I didn’t need, Sahil cleaned the speaker thoroughly, and within five minutes my phone sounded perfect again. I was shocked at how fast and effective the repair was. Even better, he only charged me $15. That level of honesty and fairness is rare these days.
Sahil was very friendly, positive, and professional the entire time. He made the whole experience stress-free and explained everything clearly. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and about helping people, not just making money.

Took it into pcs hq thinking I was going to need a new charging port installed. They spent a good amount of time scraping some stuff out of it and cleaned it up, now it works just like new.
