“I'm back to commend two people who have helped me come back to being a shopper at JCPENNEY. I recently wrote a review on the Santa Ana JCPENNEY store and because if the selection and service I received there, I decided to go to the Brea JCPENNEY store. I went for a pair of shoes. Nothing fancy but just classic old fashion quality shoes. In the shoe department, I very nice young man Juan Orozco was great at helping me find just what I was looking for. It isvhard to go into a shop and be treated with indifference as I have experienced at many "new stlye" store. Not at this store, Juan listened to what I wanted and brought me several styles to choose from . Then he walked me to the payment place. Thanked me and asked me to return. 5 stars for Juan! Next, Julie Lee,at the checkout line, did a great job as well. I'll be back at Penny's to shop for other things I need.”

“Sam is such a cool chic, she always is very attentive and on point when it came to picking up my order...she already knew my full name when I came in to get my order. She cares about her job and her customers which is not very common nowadays especially after COVID. A lot of retail workers are not as genuine and helpful like Sam. She helped me find the best deals and also she even gave me the best life advise!! “It was a very welcoming environment, Dylan was right there at the front of the store to welcome my sister and I with a welcoming smile. He was very helpful, answered all of my questions, and led me straight to the jeans I was looking for. He also got a fitting room started for me and when the jeans I wanted weren’t in the color I wanted , he found them online. Overall great experience, I will be recommending it to friends and family and will be coming back again.”

“Fabulous! Came here to shop for a birthday gift for a family member and was having a hard time picking out a size. The associate with blonde hair was able to look him up from his phone number and tell me exactly what size he usually orders since I told her he has an account. She also was incredibly helpful in assisting with an online order and was really patient and sweet. I wish I got her her name but thank you!”

“Urban Outfitters is one of my favorite stores in the Brea Mall. This location is not as large as other UOs, but its facilities are well-organized. I like that they have different kinds of merchandise besides clothing & apparel; they also have accessories, home goods, beauty products, and vintage items, etc. Other Urban Outfitters locations may have more selections, and the merchandise may not be out of stock as often. Their prices are not cheap because they focus on a premium pricing model, but some of their designs are unique and attractive.”

“Favorite spot for jeans, their collection is good for everyday clothing.They always have some deal going on, good prices. Customer service is great.Just wish if they can replace trial room curtains with hard wooden doors if possible. Sometime people just jump inside the trial room without any hesitation of asking if someone is in there.”

“Wow can't believe it's been so many years since I've been here. I wasn't even planning to stop by cuz I was literally on my way to walk to my car but I just had to stop in for 5 minutes at least. I had my dog with me so it had to be quick. Within those 5 minutes, I found the cutest long sleeve crop top and a cute simple sweater. I am so glad I stopped by and it was close to their closing time too. Such a cute store.”

He is very professional and knowledgeable about how clothing and fashion works.
I got a new job (Business to Business) performing from $5,000 - $500,000 deals. He helped me arm my closet and wardrobe with the proper function to A) land the job and interviews, and B) Sell and adapt to the community very quickly.
I have been to other clothing stores and no one is more helpful than Nick and his current staff.

“Stitch and feather has my heart! I came in on Sunday night in desperate need of something to wear in a photoshoot the next day for my new job. Katy was so nice and helpful to me, and I could tell she really cared for my needs. She suggested specific pieces she thought would work best for me and they were PERFECT. She even insisted on steaming all my new pieces before I left the store- so thoughtful of Katy. I then got rung up by Megan who was lovely to talk to and very accommodating. Overall, I had the best experience here, and will be coming back! Thanks Katy for styling me!!!”
