“I recently rented a vehicle from Hertz in Brentwood and I had such a great experience thanks to Heather. From the start, she was incredibly helpful, professional, and kind.
We ran into an issue with our first vehicle because our car seats didn’t fit properly. I called the location, and Heather immediately took care of everything—she had us come back in and quickly switched out the vehicle with absolutely no hassle.
We were actually heading out of town that same day, so time was really important, and they made the whole process smooth and fast. It completely took the stress off our situation.
I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and how easy they made everything. Heather went above and beyond, and I would definitely rent from this location again. Highly recommend!”
“Under new ownership as of 5 months ago so ignore bad reviews older than that. My mom’s truck needed a tow and it just so happened to be the owner of this body shop. The truck was fixed in a day and I took my own car in to have some work done. Amazing service, everyone was really friendly, and we will be coming back for our routine maintenance.”
“This specific Enterprise was great after the people on the phone were completely unhelpful and we were almost late getting our kids. Our tire then blew up (most likely a tire issue not either of our faults) and another enterprise was horrible to us and Antioch fixed it, I was fully prepared to not use enterprise again but I’ll probably only use Antioch now.”
