Checking in for my rental was quick and easy. Returning it was even easier. Even though there aren't many rental car options in the area this is definitely a go to for my rental needs.”

“Mike is a hard worker and will have you leaving confident in the work he's done. Very passionate about his craft and takes his time. Unfortunately highway 4 always has some debris on the freeway, and I was a victim of hitting a large object in the middle of the road. Mikes team got the job done and make my first experience very comfortable. My only recommendation is to make sure you have a rental or spare car, and yes they never answer the phones. So Pull up to the shop to get real ETA on your car.”

“I would live to give a HUGE SHOUTOUT TO ( Aria , Juiwan & ORLANDO ) for having some of the BEST customer service I havw received in years . Aria was very polite and professional over the phone , she helped me confirm my rental , was very knowledgeable about the things I was asking her . She was very patient with me and also arranged for a ride to pick me up and bring me down to get the rental car being I had no car at the time . My driver Omar was also very helpful he helped me out my child's car seat in the car and he has great patience all around a very man-arable person overall. Once I arrived at Enterpirse I was greeted by Juiwan , he was very respectful and even went and got my daughter some snacks while we were waiting in the lobby. He checked me in got all my information and got me into a car ASAP . I also needed a ride to the ATM and OMAR was by far such a gentleman and had so much respect for me and my daughter he made us feel right at home . He even went out of his way and got my daughter some ice cream , and I appreciated that gesture so very much. I said all that to say Enterprise you are doing great with you employees. And the men have manners and so much respect for the customers. It's really hard to come across that these days . I just want to thank you all again :)”

I was assisted by manager dimitri ( unsure if it’s spelled correctly) and I received the best and most efficient customer service. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Totally recommend!!
