“I have been use Antioch location to rent a car any time I needed, they are very friendly and helpful, I had a very bad experience with the San Ramon location, however that is not going to change my good opinion about the Antioch location and definitely I will continue using the service from them.”

Albeit he was working alone at the time, he was able to assist me and get me out of there within minutes. The entire process was very easy.
I prepaid my rental and chose a mini SUV. I got assigned a 2025 Mazda which was clean and easy to drive.
The only thing I had an issue with was locating the office. It's co-located with a car dealership and they have a small corner office. And the sign is not easily seen. Otherwise everything went well. Thanks again Omberto.”
“I rented my car at the Budget in Oakland airport. I only had the car for 1 day and I got a screw in the driver's rear tire. I went to this Budget to see what could be done. The manager, Pastor, was very friendly and accommodating. He swapped out the vehicle and had me on my way within 20 minutes. Great customer service.”
“I recently rented a vehicle from Hertz in Brentwood and I had such a great experience thanks to Heather. From the start, she was incredibly helpful, professional, and kind.
We ran into an issue with our first vehicle because our car seats didn’t fit properly. I called the location, and Heather immediately took care of everything—she had us come back in and quickly switched out the vehicle with absolutely no hassle.
We were actually heading out of town that same day, so time was really important, and they made the whole process smooth and fast. It completely took the stress off our situation.
