She asked what type of shoe I was looking for. I told her what I wanted and in what color. She brought out several pairs of shoes based on my scan and wants. She was super knowledgeable, polite, and professional. She wouldn't let me do anything. She told me to put my foot up on the footrest and she'd do the rest. She removed my custom orthotics from my shoes and put them in every pair of shoes I tried on. It felt like the old school days of shoe shopping. She was patient with me and I never once felt rushed. Regan, you're a superstar and you went above and beyond and I want you to know it's appreciated.

I also had an experience at Fleet Feet with Alex. He's a superstar as well. He and Regan are top-notch.
