From making an appointment, to giving you directions to the store, to sizing and fitting. Everything went smoothly. When I came back to pick up the shoes and put them on…wow! The shoes are not bad looking shoes for orthotics. Light on the feet. I felt like I was walking in air. Thanks Mark for being patient and very helpful. 100 percent recommended if you need orthotics or insoles custom made. No pictures somehow it did not save in my phone. But I’ll tell you the store is very clean and organized!”

“Went in to do some holiday shopping and at some point dropped my debit card on the floor in store. I had no idea I had dropped it. I left and immediately the team members called me to let me know. I rushed back and the manager had locked it up and retuned it to me with a kind smile. This could have been really bad for me given it’s the holidays. Last month, Foot Locker Inc. reopened its flagship store at 112 W 34th St. in New York City, as part of new retail plans. The store introduced "Home Court," a basketball-focused shopping area created with Nike and Jordan Brand. The updated store offers a basketball-themed shopping experience. It combines customer service with the newest products for use on and off the court from several brands.
