“Local resident, just needed some work boots. Staff let me look around but once I needed help they jumped right in. Very educated on all the brands. Was there with my 8 year old son and at check out gave him a sticker which made his day. Veteran discount was a surprise plus. Great staff and surprised with variety and brands offered. Definitely will be back.”
“I would have never heard of Fleet Feet if it wasn't for my podiatrist suggesting them to me. I paid a visit to Fleet Feet in Brentwood and was greeted by Regan. She asked what type of shoe I was looking for. I told her what I wanted and in what color. She brought out several pairs of shoes based on my scan and wants. She was super knowledgeable, polite, and professional. She wouldn't let me do anything. She told me to put my foot up on the footrest and she'd do the rest. She removed my custom orthotics from my shoes and put them in every pair of shoes I tried on. It felt like the old school days of shoe shopping. She was patient with me and I never once felt rushed. Regan, you're a superstar and you went above and beyond and I want you to know it's appreciated.
I also had an experience at Fleet Feet with Alex. He's a superstar as well. He and Regan are top-notch.

“What can I say? Mark was such a patient man. Awesome customer service! Very polite, calm, will and can answer questions about orthotics and insoles. I’ve never met anyone like him.
From making an appointment, to giving you directions to the store, to sizing and fitting. Everything went smoothly. When I came back to pick up the shoes and put them on…wow! The shoes are not bad looking shoes for orthotics. Light on the feet. I felt like I was walking in air.
Thanks Mark for being patient and very helpful. 100 percent recommended if you need orthotics or insoles custom made. No pictures somehow it did not save in my phone. But I’ll tell you the store is very clean and organized!”
