“I came in recently to get fitted for some brand new shoes. I walked in and amazing, beautiful young lady named Kaitlyn instantly greeted me, yelling " HI WELCOME TO FLEET FEET!! HAVE YOU BEEN FITTED BY US BEFORE?!" I explained to Kaitlyn that I've had horrible plantar fasciitis to the point where I contemplated walking around like a barefoot caveman before wearing a pair of shoes ever again. I cried and broke down in tears, made an enormous scene in the store and Kaitlyn comforted me and made excellent recommendations for something that may help me. She found me a pair of shoes and I have since completed my first marathon! I went from not being able to walk to running an entire marathon in 17 minutes (it was a 1k)! Kaitlyn is a miracle worker and my hero. PLEASE give this lady a raise. Tony or Fernando, THAT GIRL Kaitlyn deserves a 6-figure salary! MY HERO!! (look at my new sticker, they sell for such a reasonable price on amazon!!)”

“What can I say? Mark was such a patient man. Awesome customer service! Very polite, calm, will and can answer questions about orthotics and insoles. I've never met anyone like him. From making an appointment, to giving you directions to the store, to sizing and fitting. Everything went smoothly. When I came back to pick up the shoes and put them on...wow! The shoes are not bad looking shoes for orthotics. Light on the feet. I felt like I was walking in air. Thanks Mark for being patient and very helpful. 100 percent recommended if you need orthotics or insoles custom made. I apologize no pictures. Somehow it disappeared on here and did not save.”

“I love DSW. I can find my size 90% of the time and they keep a good selection with good change over. Customer service could definitely be better. There is never anybody to help you on the floor and very often there's a long line with only 2 cashiers, while the other employees just hang around talking with each other.”

“I had a complex return I needed done. 2 items I ordered online, one with gift card, one with debit. After the sun valley location couldn't help me (their manager wasn't on duty at the time) the "streets" store brought 3 people together to team up and resolve this return which seemed to be exceptionally complicated by the sound of it. I think some technical issues on the computer but they jumped through hoops to get my return processed and even tendered the whole thing back to my debit card once finished. Awesome experience and cool people. Tilly's also usually has stuff in stock when other stores of that style don't. They have some original graphic t shirt designs as well. Long story short, this store came through.”

“I went in for the first time ever and shortly after entering the store, Melvin, a store associate, inquired if I needed assistance immediately. Melvin showed that he’s personable and friendly as I asked him if he could help me pick out some shoes that me and my girl could match. He pointed some kicks out and I was able to find some really sought after shoes for my lady the bred toe aj ones. I really liked my choice of kicks as well. It was all possible because of Melvin. Thanks. I look forward to coming back and finding some new merch.”

“Purchased a new pair of boots from the store to find they had a factory defect and returned the shoes to the store. The store policy was to ship them out for repair between 4-6 weeks. Within 24 hrs the store owner returned my call to let me know that he was sorry and I could return or exchange my purchases. I explained I wanted the same boot and the size was not available. Expedited the boots Within 24hrs Wow that is awesome a owner would step in to make his customers happy. I thankbyou and look forward to doing business with you in the future!”

“Went to this store to pickup some sneakers for my children, lots of choices, big store. I would have given 5 starts but as large as this place is the air conditioner DEFINITELY should have been on. The young lady working was doing multiple jobs at once and you could see she was overwhelmed with little help. She definitely doesn't deserve to work in those ridiculously hot conditions nor does anyone else. I was in the store approximately 25 minutes and was dripping sweat. My kids were complaining too.”
