He found the problem and told me what it needed within five minutes. The work was done quickly and was priced reasonably. After the repair, he explained how and why my issue occurred and what I might expect when it comes time to smog my vehicle. I was happy with the whole process so I definitely recommend them.”

The guys at Steed were great I broke down when I was on vacation over 350 miles from home on Christmas week.
I took the expedition there on Monday 12/22 and they took it right in, they worked with my warranty company and had my Expedition back to me on Wednesday.
This was a relatively simple repair but these guys stepped up and got it done FAST.
I was in a rental and going back home on Saturday 12/27 I can't thank them enough for the smooth process.

Wasted time on the install but thankfully Joe was very helpful in getting a replacement for me even though they were closing soon. He really went out of his way to make sure i got the right part that works. Really appreciate the extra mile. Will come back here for parts. Just don’t do rebuilt if you don’t want to run into finding out the part is bad until you install it.”

Describe everything in a language I could understand, he informed us that he would send over a member of his team to diagnose our issue. Their service technician named David showed up to our facility who was extremely professional, very helpful and knowledgeable of all the products I had here at my shop, he took care of our AC refrigerant machine in a timely fashion explained everything with great detail, very thorough with the whole repair process. I would happily recommend this company to any person I work with that deals with AC machines.”
