“Great experience at this Kohl’s location. I completed the receipt feedback on the Kohl’s website but Keely is definitely worth having me taking the time to recognize her professionalism by name (the Kohl’s feedback didn’t give me this option).
By mere coincidence the last 3 times I visited the Buena Park store Keely was my cashier and the very first time was a bit overwhelming as I requested price adjustments and was told I had to physically bring the items in, ANNOYING as I have the receipts on my app. I complied and throughout the whole process I’m pretty sure management could have made life a bit easier for me because when I did come back with the items in hand it turns out that I only had one item that was actually eligible for a price adjustment. (You know, Kohl’s cash, sale, etc.) and Keely maintained her professionalism upon my return. And then I drove a friend over to make a cash cc payment and ended up buying a couple of items and Keely was my cashier again! Lol. Awesome coincidence, thanks Keely, keep up the great work!

“I really love coming to this Ross, the store is clean and has a wide variety of products, I can always find great dresses at this location for cheap but still great quality, also a woman named Bernadette who works at this location is always super kind and helpful, today she was working in the fitting rooms and she helped me pick out a dress for a event as well as other times I’ve shopped here, I’ve had some bad experiences at other Ross locations but never here???”
“Went to Target to purchase some more holiday lights for outside and only found one box and needed two more. As an employee walked by me I asked him if there were more and she said he was maintenance and would call for someone to help me. Not more than two minutes a nice girl came to help. She scanned the one box and told me there were more and within a few minutes returned with two more boxes. Great service.”
“This Walmart is pretty large in terms of square footage. However, the store layout is different to the ones I have been in other locations. I got lost a few times. Otherwise, everything else seems no difference to others.”
“This Ross Dress for Less store has it all: men, women, kids, and home fashion needs. Although I prefer Marshall's and T.J. Maxx, Ross stand out as a good outlet store. It's always worth a visit.”
“Dollar Tree at 8321 La Palma Ave, Buena Park, CA 90620 is in a great location with other surrounding stores nearby, making it very convenient to shop. They’ve got everything you need at a cheaper price, which is always nice. The only downside is that, as usual, there’s only one cashier, which causes long lines. It would be much better if they had at least two cashiers operating to make checkout faster.”
“I go into your store almost daily and there is always one particular employee that always has a smile on her face and actually working if I remember right her name was Terry she has been working in the front end for years . She always has an amazing attitude willing to help not only the customers but also the employees when it starts to get busy with no questions asked .
