“I had such a wonderful experience shopping at Marshalls on 4th of July, and I wanted to recognize two associates who truly made my visit memorable, especially Stacy. 😊

From the moment I asked Stacy for help finding a specific size, she went above and beyond. I assumed she would simply check a handheld device or point me in the right direction, but instead she immediately started searching the aisles with me, offering thoughtful suggestions and genuinely investing her time to help me find exactly what I needed. It never felt like I was just another customer, she made me feel like helping me was her priority. 🥹

What impressed me even more was her professionalism and integrity. I had found a pair of shorts on a rack marked $16, but they had a different price tag along with a few other items on the rack. Without hesitation, Stacy took accountability for the store’s pricing error and honored the advertised price. That level of customer service and ownership is becoming increasingly rare, and it spoke volumes about both her character and Marshalls’ commitment to taking care of its customers.

I mentioned that I was shopping for an outfit for an event, and thanks to Stacy’s patience and willingness to help, I walked out feeling confident, excited, and genuinely happy with what I purchased. She turned what could have been a quick shopping trip into a fantastic experience, and she’s exactly the kind of employee every retailer hopes to have.

I’d also like to thank Margaret, who invited me to complete this survey. I especially appreciated that when I explained I wasn’t interested in applying for the TJX Rewards Credit Card because I had already applied recently and didn’t qualify, she respected my answer. Instead of repeatedly pressuring me after I had already declined, she simply continued providing friendly and efficient service. That level of respect for a customer’s response is something I truly appreciate.

“I would rate my experience a solid 4 out of 5 stars. The store itself is impressively clean and well-organized, making shopping a pleasant experience. I was particularly impressed with the inclusion of an Ulta section, which adds a great variety of beauty products. Additionally, the in-store Starbucks is a nice touch and, surprisingly, not too busy, which is a bonus. For those with electric vehicles, the available charging stations are a convenient feature.

The only downside was the condition of the restroom, which was not as clean as the rest of the store. With a bit of improvement in that area, my experience would have been perfect. Overall, a great place to shop with some excellent amenities!

“This location had a great selection of quality luggage 🧳 at 50$ off or more depending on the brand. I got a good deal on a Swiss brand large hard case for only $103.43
If I could have waited until Monday, I could have gotten up to an additional 15% off just for being a veteran. I love it when retailers support their veterans ❤
I took a photo of the Swiss case next to my old Delsey Paris carryon to show the size comparison. I paid over $150 for the smaller case and it was on sale at the time too.”

“Normally I find some good deals here but I guess with the holidays upon us Christmas items are taking over the majority of the store. There is an overstock of Christmas items right now. Very nice selection if you are doing early gift shopping which I wasn't.”

“I was looking for a winter jacket, and there were rows and rows of jackets to choose from. I finally found a good deal on a black Reebok jacket with black fleece on the inside for only $16! I also found a soft blanket for only $10. I really like this store, a lot to choose from and really good prices. The service was professional and quick. Finding items was easy, and everything was organized. Store was clean.”
