“Husband and I came in for TB tests to volunteer at our daughter’s school. We didn’t realize the skin test was 2-parts and it didn’t work with our schedules. Jasmine shared there was a 1day blood test option and quickly “rolled us over” to that test.
When drawing blood Annabelle was friendly and professional. And she took extra care with my husband who’s a bit of a baby with needles.
Overall visit was quick and easy.”

“Dr Jennifer Moore and this place are so amazing. I was extremely sick with a virus that was not getting better. A previous trip to a different urgent care proved to be unhelpful. There wasn’t any testing done and I was sent home with multiple cough meds. I got even more sick the next day. When I checked in at Urgent Care Pros, I was quickly given all the tests…COVID, flu, urine, bloods and a chest xray. They quickly diagnosed me with walking pneumonia. I was sent home with multiple antibiotics and steroids. The staff was so knowledgeable and kind. They even called me at least 3 times during the week to check on me. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend”

“A huge Thank you to Luis and his staff especially Tony for driving all the way to Menifee so that I didn't have to go all the way to Orange county to drop off my impressions. Luis was so nice & he understood that I'm disabled and that that would be a long drive uncomfortable for me so I am thankful that they accommodated me.
Fidelity Dental Lab's went out of their way for me and I'm really thankful for them also putting up with me while trying to get the color right on my crowns. They did such a beautiful job!!

“We had a great experience at the LabCorp in Cypress. I brought my daughter in for a blood test at 7:30 am, hoping to get it done before school. We were not aware that we had to make an appointment, but, Leslie, the front desk nurse, was kind enough to make an exception and helped us check in.
We were then attended by the amazing and very experienced nurse, Roxanne, that made my very nervous daughter ( and myself) feel at ease with the process of getting blood drawn.
Thank you guys for making such a nerve wrecking experience more than tolerable.”
“I expected the time there to move slow (as with all errands you don’t want to do), but we were in and out in a timely manner.
The best part of the appointment was the staff. Specifically, Amber. She was very patient and helpful with my children. I never expect people to help me with my “daycare.” But it’s always a sweet surprise when someone in healthcare KNOWS how to interact with children and genuinely enjoys it.
Being a parent, you get to witness people who see children as a nuisance which can be the worst. But then you’ll have an unforgettable experience with someone who sees children for what they are, little human beings.

“Just read the comments, and all 1 star reviews are about appointment cancellations. I found nothing wrong at this place. Their system might change now. People are nice, quick service. Came here on early Monday morning, walk-in basically. After scanning my DL outside the lab, they called me immediately. The whole process walk-in and out just took 10 minutes. Let's shout out the names Chantay, Antionette, and Brenda. They saved me lots of time.
One thing i like about this place is that I don't have to sit next to many other clients looking at them coughing the whole time like other lab. I will definitely be back !”
