“This review is mostly about one employee that went above and beyond to help me with an online exchange today. I have had very hit or miss experiences with this location. The last couple times I have been in I have not had positive experiences. Today was the opposite experience. I noticed one employee, Silvia, that was really going out of her way to help the customer in front of me. What it was my turn she also went above and beyond to help me out. The details aren't really important but she turned my opinion around of this store in particular. It would be nice if more employees genuinely enjoyed their jobs like she seemed to. For now, I will continue to return to the store for shoe purchases in the future.”

“I think it's really important to note Bri was absolutely wonderful. She has the patience and kindness of a saint. My autistic son has anxiety getting new shoes and always throws a fit. I was stressed out and Bri was kind, attentive and helpful. I felt it was important to do the receipt survey but it didn't have a compliment field only rating systems and of course she got all 10s.
