Love my credit union but this is my leasssstttt favorite branch - last 3/4 visits have had a 10-15 min wait. Shared parking lot is awkward. No bathroom nearby. ATM is also way too far from the actual bank, on the busy street…if only i didnt have things to do in Burbank

The new system they're implementing is, in my opinion, JUNK. Having to "make an appointment" to do routine banking may make sense but if you need last minute banking and have to wait 10-30 minutes?!? Why!? Every time I come in now I feel more compelled to find another CU.

Outstanding customer service and that includes the guard, great parking and never a long wait. We love this location.
