“Great Hotel, the location is close to universal studios straight shot to the park really easy to get there. It was not a bad drive to get to Hollywood walk of fame or rodeo drive from this location. The hotel was well maintained very clean and the staff were very polite and had great customer service. We did try the in-room breakfast it was okay”
“All are great. Perfect package to have a free Airport shuttle to and from the airport and a free shuttle to and from Universal Studios. The entire stay was peaceful and amazingly incredible family vacation. Every time we use the pool it’s like a private time just for us family, it was great!! Closer to a lot of eating places. I’d say the Olive’s Bistro Restaurant seems wonderful, however pricing is a bit high. We saved on by getting Uber delivery from multiple breakfast places nearby like IHop and Basecamp. Taco Bell and Pizza Hut are nearby too..can’t go wrong with Nacho fries and pizza -Night snack ?”

Walkability: Good walkabilty with a few outside restaurants nearby, a Vons grocery store across the street, and coffee shops.
Food and drinks: Great bar area with a food menu. Continental breakfast daily with pastries, bagels, yogurt, cliff bars.”
“Rooms are a bit smaller.Then you would expect you would expect two room suite. Did not get a chance to try out the pool. It was under maintenance. Staff is very friendly.This very helpfulwith us. Great location tons of restaurants, grocery stores around the location and it's right next to the large Ikea.
Rooms: While the suits are a little bit smaller than what we are used to getting, it is a good decent size. Suit has a full kitchen with a full oven, unlike other chains that have gone to just a induction stove top. The induction stove requires special pans, I was able to use my nonstick pan at this location. The guest room, which would normally have a queen or 2 queens at other locations, only had one bed that was slightly smaller than a queen. The master was a king.”

“This place is amazing to stay! Loved the breakfast, employees nice, and there were even some Mario references put in my room! (The Air conditioner is an item in paper Mario sticker star so it counts as a reference)

“Enjoyed my stay here..bigger lobby with bar, gym, pool and hot tub were all in good condition. I've stayed here 3 times now and my go to while in Burbank area. Parking is also good and has a lot of shops near by in walking distance”

“Endless thanks to Trey, Amy, Denise and Nayna for making my visit to this property so special. As a member with status, I am a very loyal Hilton Honors guest. Like my love for brands in other industries like Delta (airlines), Apple (computing), Hertz (car rentals), Hilton is ALWAYS my hotel brand of choice.
Brands are most successful when the brand is managed well and with pride and staffed and/or supported by the very best employees. I can tell you that this property will stick out in my mind for years to come amongst my Hilton stays thanks to the aforementioned employees.
I will also say that the property itself is also a star of the show. The public areas are maintained at a superior level. There are also ample spaces here, that do not require advanced booking or otherwise, where you can gather and hang out with your family, group of friends or otherwise.
My family enjoyed the front patio area near the fireplace where 10 of us gathered around a very large outdoor table and shared various brunch items that we purchased at local restaurants.
Needless to say, the Hilton Garden Inn provided a backdrop for this gathering that made for one of our family's best get-togethers in years.”

“I can't say enough good things about this hotel. We stayed here twice, once at the beginning of a bicycle trip and the other a couple weeks later at the end of the trip. We had major logistical hurdles with our bicycles during both stays and the hotel management was there for us every step of the way, from allowing us to ship the bikes to and later from the hotel, to giving us a space to assemble and disassemble the bikes, to providing free shuttles to and from the airport, to letting us check out late, and to generally being the kindest, most supportive people ever. Thanks to them we were able to turn a bike shipping disaster into a fantastic bike ride between Big Sur and Los Angeles. We couldn't have done it without the folks at the Ramada. P.S. I know other reviewers didn’t like that the wastebaskets aren’t lined with plastic bags but I loved it – friendly to the earth!”
“I'm here for tuberculosis housing/treatment so not much I can say about it the hotel itself. There's also no close buses or anything decent within walking distance.”

“If you're at any room that is overlooking the pool if it's very noisy till 10:00 p.m. other than that it's a pretty good place. The breakfast is okay but it's very crowded hard to find a place to sit at times. Not sure if it's like this all the time I didn't eat there that often. There was good value in the restaurant for pizza and appetizers.”

“Modern, clean, comfortable, and spacious rooms at a reasonable price point. Hotel offers a free shuttle from Burbank Airport, but it's only a 5-minute walk from baggage claim. One big plus is that the hotel also offers a complimentary scheduled shuttle service to and from Universal Studios -- so we didn't need to rent a car or Uber to get there.
The only hiccup in our experience was with the hotel's airport shuttle. It was supposed to run till 11:00 p.m., but no one answered the bell desk's phone after 10:40 p.m., and we weren't able to find any way to get to a live human being past the hotel's automated attendant phone system.”

“Rooms are spacious and modern but services like morning breakfast is seriously lacking in staff, accommodation and cleaniness. Breakfast area is less than spacious, breakfast buffet was a mess including only 2 trash bins that was more than full, and they keep the door locked from the outside. Hotel staff was less than accommodating to invited guests from hotel guests due to unknown or unspecified reasons other than threats to call security/ police.”
“The Burbank Inn & Suites is mom and pop owned and what I consider a steady performer.After being delayed by traffic and arriving 1:30am at Extended Stay America, I was shocked to find out they had cancelled my reservation and they were unable to rebook my reservation due to their “system” not allowing them to. I called all the neighboring big branch hotels and all were either sold out or 300+ dollars.The Burbank Inn & Suites was my savior last night as they were able to take us in without price gouge. The room and the sheets were clean and I felt comfortable staying in the room. Thank you again!!Rooms: Rooms were clean.”

“Hotel could use an update, but beds were comfortable, AC was cool, & shower was warm. Didn't spend a lot of time in my room but had a good selection of free ondemand movies for the time I was there.

“What a clean and hip boutique motel. The breakfast pastries were great. The room was perfect for me and my wife. So many restaurants within walking distance. We stayed here a couple of nights to visit Universal Studios and was very pleased with the proximity. Staff were friendly and always helpful. Would stay here again.”
