So, no one likes having to get labs done, but the testing part isn't terrible. I've been here several times and the staff has always been professional and good at what they do.
I will say, however, they are always packed, which makes parking and the waiting room a nightmare. Trying to get a walk-in appointment isn't impossible, but you're MUCH better off making an appointment.”

“I think this is the best blood testing diagnostic lab in the city. I've been to most in the San Fernando Valley and assume they get most of their help from various gulags around the world. I drag my entire family along with myself to this inglorious walkup in a dowdy Burbank 'hood and am almost always met with a chipper and largely Filipina staff who is friendly, fast and efficient. The lack of meanness is hugely noticeable as is the relaxed atmosphere. Totally worth having to drive across the Valley to take these tests: blood, urine, disease, paternity, whatever. Good prices, fast turnaround and shocking levels of competence everywhere. No one else comes close.”
