“I wish I had discovered this place years ago! They accept drop offs for all the major couriers, including FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS! SUPER CONVENIENT.
I will be doing all my shipments at Burbank Shipping Center from here on out so I don’t have to be driving all over the place trying to find the various drop-off locations. There is even a table to pack, with tape, and they’re open every day except Sunday. No lines. And they provide drop-off receipts.

“I've used this store for shipping and Amazon returns and I've never had an issue. They're always been friendly, and quickly yet efficiently get what I need taken care of. I also have to give a special shout-out to Yesenia - she's such a sweetheart! I was in a bind since my printer ran out of ink and needed to get a label printed so that my package could go out ASAP, and she went above and beyond getting it all set up for me. All around excellent customer service.”

She followed us out of the post office. At this time, my pick ups include myself, accompanied by a short male Asian mixed guy smiling in the camera speaking a little Japanese with peppery hair. “I made a purchase of an ink cartridge, installed it in my printer. After installing printer showed an error on cartridge.
After removing the cartridge, I realized my mistake. I bought the wrong cartridge. Took it back and explained that it was my error, Staples gave me a full refund and I purchased the correct ink cartridge. I truly appreciate that experience, as it shows that an honest, but careless mistake by me was forgiven by Staples. Thank You, Chuck”

“I've used Craters & Freighters several times now to ship artwork from California to my home in New York. It is not easy to find a reliable vendor for this kind of service and I highly recommend. Very professional. I always find their communication responsiveness to be excellent (which is very important to me). They pick up at the customer's specified location, they very carefully pack the items, and then they construct custom-built crates to suit each situation. They handle all the shipping of the freight to your location. If you want to pay less and roll the dice, I'm sure there are other options out there. If you have something of value and want to make sure it arrives in perfect condition, call Craters & Freighters. No complaints whatsoever.”

“It saddens me to see that this UPS Store has closed. I was their second customer (Box 102) when moved into my home here in Burbank. That was almost 18 years ago. Sal was amazing. As others have said he was always super helpful and super friendly. I've had some great conversations there with him popping in late in the evening to pick up my mail. I will miss these guys. I have no idea what happened but I wish them well..Meanwhile I am moving on to Earthclass Mail.”
