“Based on my experience with the store at century city, this store in Glendale is by far the best. It was super busy and they took care of me. I wanted a World Cup patches they only had 1 and I got that one. They verified my purchase using my email to see the digital receipt. I left the store, they called me back in about 30min and they sent me a text as well. Isabel and all the staff were on it! Thank you for help me get my shoes and my jersey. I will never think twice to come back to this store.”

“Brad and everyone at NJP Sports are simply fantastic. They are super friendly, authentic, and go over the top. I reached out to NJP to revive my tennis court with fence screens, and I am very happy with the look and quality. He even helped with a tennis post repair at no charge. Just good people. You know you're getting incredible service at a fair rate. Thank you NJP!”
“Bob was amazing, he is very informed about bowling and bowling balls. He helped me and my friend get our first balls and he gave us really useful advice which is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend coming here to get your bowling balls and any accessories that you need.”
“Very helpful and kind staff. Michael helped me with choosing the right helmet and skating gear, since I am buying as a gift and I don’t have knowledge with that products. Very nice shop plenty of nice boards to choose from. I will be back for sure.”
“Great selection of shoes. Even found styles that I thought had sold out everywhere else, but they were here. Brandon was my salesperson, and he was very genuine, congenial, and went above and beyond to make sure I left the store with what I was looking for. Great experience!”
“This store in particular got the best sports gear staff in the whole mall. They have a wide selection and offer to order or search up the item you want and will ship to store for you to check out too. Great people. Great items.”
“Just came to this Big 5 Sporting Goods store for a pair of copper fit gloves and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The selection of products here is amazing, with a wide variety of sports equipment and apparel to choose from. The prices are great and the customer service was efficient and friendly. The store itself is nice and clean, making it a pleasant shopping environment. I was able to find the gloves I was looking for easily. Overall, a fantastic shopping experience! #satisfied #Big5SportingGoods #happyshopper ??️♂️?”
“Pretty decent clothing store in the galleria. It's mostly a shoe store however they have a fair amount of clothes as well. One thing that stood out from the get-go was that they had nike tech color-ways that no other store had, they weren't available online either so that was pretty neat. If you want a refresh from the old generic shoes and clothes from footlocker, champs, etc I say you give this place a visit you'll find items available no where else. Definitely give this place a shot.”

“Hands down the best Nike store I have been to. Cynthia was a great Nike representative. Even though she had leg braces, she assisted me with all my needs and also gave superb service. I just wanted to shout out Cynthia. Look for her, she will hook you up with the best deals!!”
“It says they open at 9 so we parked in the parking garage and walked to multiple entrances that were closed until 11. We had to go out to the street which was the only entrance open and the hardest to get to”
