“This review is specifically for a young lady name Cat I don't know if it's with a C or a K so I apologize . I ordered a jacket for my husband over a week ago from Glendale mall it was at the Northridge mall to be shipped to the Glendale Galleria it had been a week and I hadn't received an email like I was told . I didn't have any tracking information I just know I gave them my money and it was almost time for us to leave I called champs in the Glendale Galleria and Miss Cat went out of her way and she found my husband's order in the back I'm not even upset that no one called I'm glad that she took the time to find it !!!! go Cat I really appreciate you and I really appreciate your customer service you have a very nice sweet voice over the phone and great customer service . thank you again so much CHAMPS is lucky to have you . thanks again. “Just came to this Big 5 Sporting Goods store for a pair of copper fit gloves and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The selection of products here is amazing, with a wide variety of sports equipment and apparel to choose from. The prices are great and the customer service was efficient and friendly. The store itself is nice and clean, making it a pleasant shopping environment. I was able to find the gloves I was looking for easily. “I don’t care if this doesn’t count, but all I wanted was to pump my basketball. Before walking in I see two employees talking and as soon I step inside they immediately acknowledge me, super respectful, very nice, I literally ask him can I get my basketball pumped please he says of course, he seemed like a nice young man, possibly Hispanic, I wish I got his name; got the pump, and I was in and out in like 30 seconds, very fast, efficient, nice, and that’s my experience in this store, it was very convenient, the staff is nice and I honestly couldn’t ask for more.
For what it’s worth I bought knee sleeves from here back in 2015 and 2021, I can’t remember much, but I do remember employees coming up to me and my mother and asking if we need help with anything, 11 years later and still use the sleeves, and this honestly has to be one of the best sport stores out there, I’m positive every DICK’s is like this, but this specific one is just phenomenal, never had a bad experience, love it every time I have to go here”
