The selection is wonderful and the staff is the perfect mix of expert and hands-off—they let you browse in peace but are there when you need them. It’s a great way to spend an hour, and you’ll inevitably walk out with something special you won't find anywhere else.”

“I walked in right after they closed and the volunteer still let me browse for ten minutes ... that was really nice of her honestly, im glad she did that becuase I found a great cookbook for five bucks. Most books are really cheap and they had a decent selection of fiction and some older nonfiction too, though it was a bit cramped near the gardening section. Definately check the back tables, they have bags of children's books for like a dollar each which my niece went crazy over. They also have a section of local history books that they clearly took good care of, bindings are all intact and no mold ... some of them looked almost new. The only thing I would change is the lighting in the back corner by the mystery novels, its a little dim and hard to read the spine titles. Still walked out way happier than I expected for a random wednesday, this place is worth stopping into if youre in the area.”
