“we had to wait in line for like 15 minutes which almosy made me turn around and leave. but once i got to the teller it was actually really smooth and the lady helping me was super nice. she explained everything clearly and even helped me with a seperate issue i didnt even know they could handle. i honestly wasnt expecting to enjoy a bank visit but i left in a good mood. its rare to find customer service like that these days so it stuck with me. definately going to use this location again even if its a little out of my way. the whole thing was just a relief i says worth the wait.”
