“I made an appointment online to have some legal documents notarized. Gwendolyn called me the morning of the appointment to confirm exactly what I needed and assured me she would be able to assist when I arrived.
The entire experience was extremely pleasant. Gwendolyn was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the process. If more employees approached their work the way she does, the world would honestly be a better place.
