“Recently came by to get my plaster matched. I was fortunate enough to have Evan help me. Super kind! I can tell Evan tried his best to match my original formula and I so appreciate that! He did warn me ahead of time that it would be difficult to match because we were going from gallon to a quart and the minimum amount of blue was already being used in the gallon. Once I came home I used the plaster and could not tell there was a noticeable difference until it dried. I called Benjamin Moore and Evan answered. He had the best customer service and remembered the situation. I can tell he just wanted to make sure I was satisfied with my color. I told him I'd just come back to purchase the gallon to get the exact color match and he was kind enough to offer a price adjustment. I went in another day to get a gallon to match my original formula exactly and there was another young man who was there (i won't call out his name). I tried to explain to him the situation but he was adamant about not giving me an adjustment unless I had the quart can even though I had already spoken to Evan about it. He said I could go home and come back if I wanted the price adjustment. Such an inconvenience. Although he was probably right about me needing to bring back the quart can, I was extremely disappointed and turned off by the lack of understanding that he had. It was Evan's customer service that had me come back the second time despite not having the exact color match. Thank you Evan and Gabe. You both were very kind and I appreciate you guys going the extra mile to accommodate your customers.”
“I wasn't totally familiar with Dunn Edwards but it kept being mentioned to me by contractors that I spoke with about painting projects. When I needed to repaint interior walls, I initially wanted to use the same brand that the builder used over a decade ago, but I was told that Dunn Edwards paint is high quality and the painters preferred material. They're also able to match pretty much any color of you bring them a clean sample at least an inch wide. As a non-contractor, this store was very easy to navigate and the staff was more than helpful making sure I got the correct supplies. What I noticed during application of their paint is that the roller does not splatter much and has excellent coverage, which is helpful for interior ceilings. Relatively great value, don't waste your time and money at Home Depot or Lowe's for watered down paint. Highly recommend this place!”
“Amir was great! He has a huge knowledge of colors and materials needed to get the job done. He even helped my wife decide between 5 types of white the looked all the same to me. He saved me the stress of having to pretend that I cared about or even knew the difference between pure white, and extra white. And probably saved me a fight and a night of me sleeping on the couch. “I have been buying my paint from this particular Sherwin Williams for over 10 years. I have always received great service . Beginning from Sepideh who was the assistant manager then, she and the staff would provide free Keurig coffee / tea and they had a big table to set up our projects.The staff have always been very patient, kind, polite . Now there is no more refreshments but, the service has not diminished. Recently, I have been assisted by Elizabeth Moreno, she provides the epitome of perfect customer service, whenever I am at the store she greets all customers, able to give you guidance on color matching and LRV of a certain color. Yesterday I came to the store a few minutes before closing and Elizabeth was willing to mix some Paint for me with a very cheerful attitude. She always makes me feel welcome to come in the store. I hope she knows that she is very much appreciated Several times a year Sherwin Williams will have "specials"on their paint and it really makes it a good value as the quality of paint is excellent.”

“Dunn Edwards has by far the best quality paint we've used, so we continue to return. I was ecstatic when the Agoura Hills Store opened because I don't have to drive far if I need additional paint. One thing to keep in mind though, when you purchase boxed plastic sheeting from this store-- make sure the box wasn't re-sealed, or open the box before leaving I was unlucky to pick up a sealed box with a used roll (probably a return that the store didn't check). Fortunately whatever remained on the roll was sufficient, but it's not a good feeling to open a box and discover that someone else already tore off what they needed.”
“Lindsay you were awesome! Not sure how she could be so patient so early in the morning- We got the right when they opened. We had a lot of questions and some color matching we needed to do and Lindsay provided her expertise and suggestions in a pleasant manner. Her patience was appreciated as we made adjustments to our order- again, we were there at 6:00 who has that kind of patience in the morning?! We were in and out in less than 30 minutes- happy with our choices & with everything we needed. We appreciate the wonderful customer service!”

I can get more help here than I ever could at a Home Depot or Lowe's and they have so much stuff! the staff is friendly and helpful. for a neighborhood store this is super convenient for simple everyday needs. for reference we have purchased firewood, batteries, lightbulbs, air filters, Christmas decor, hooks, washers, garden supplies and electrical supplies.”
