“I have been buying my paint from this particular Sherwin Williams for over 10 years. I have always received great service . Beginning from Sepideh who was the assistant manager then, she and the staff would provide free Keurig coffee / tea and they had a big table to set up our projects.The staff have always been very patient, kind, polite . Now there is no more refreshments but, the service has not diminished. Recently, I have been assisted by Elizabeth Moreno, she provides the epitome of perfect customer service, whenever I am at the store she greets all customers, able to give you guidance on color matching and LRV of a certain color. Yesterday I came to the store a few minutes before closing and Elizabeth was willing to mix some Paint for me with a very cheerful attitude. She always makes me feel welcome to come in the store. I hope she knows that she is very much appreciated Several times a year Sherwin Williams will have "specials"on their paint and it really makes it a good value as the quality of paint is excellent.”

“DUNN-EDWARDS PAINTS in Encino is easy to find and easy to get into. They have their own free parking lot with plenty of available spaces.The people are friendly and helpful, but did not hover. I was able to take my time choosing the right shade of "white". Boring, I know, but I was surprised by how many there are.I was able to narrow down my choices and take home the card samplers to show my contractor, who was then able to get small samples for testing.Very convenient. My project is done and I am very happy with the way the color turned out.Now that it's time for another painting project...”

“After visiting several stores including Home Depot, Larry & Joe's Plumbing, and Ferguson Plumbing Supply, where I was met with disinterest and a lack of availability, I finally found the assistance I needed at Reseda Hardware Supply. The store person there took the time to analyze my requirements and helped me locate the correct size adapter to connect my sink to my portable washer. “I had such a great experience with both this location and the Northridge location. Victor at the Canoga Park (CP) location went above and beyond to help me secure the paint I needed [Benjamin Moore Province Blue for those curious]. After I purchased all 5 gallons available in CP, Victor called other locations and even drove to pick up the additional paint and brought it back to the CP location so it would be there just in case I needed it the next day. This was vital because the CP location is 5 min from my workspace - where I was having the painting done. This foresight on Victor's part was amazing because *spoiler alert* we did indeed run out of paint. I can't recommend this business highly enough and will definitely return here for all my painting needs. Updating this review to note that this entire job was a team effort. “The store manager, Amir, is excellent!! I'm a designer and if possible I try to go to this location. A few weeks ago I had an issue with getting a paint color to match an existing paint. He was so helpful in assisting with it and really helped me through it until I was happy. I've been to many paint and particularly SW stores and this one (with Amir) is the best! *I'm not big on giving reviews, but felt this one was necessary.”

“This place is great, the guys are always helpful. I went in to recycle paint and the guy at the cashier told me the containers were full and to call back next week before I come. As I was waking back to my car the other employee called me back and that he made some space for me do I didn't have to haul my 10 gallons of paint back and fourth. I really appreciated that! He totally didn't need to go out of his way to help me but he certainly did. I'm a local and I've been there a few times and I've never had a bad experience.”

“Dunn Edwards has by far the best quality paint we've used, so we continue to return. I was ecstatic when the Agoura Hills Store opened because I don't have to drive far if I need additional paint. One thing to keep in mind though, when you purchase boxed plastic sheeting from this store-- make sure the box wasn't re-sealed, or open the box before leaving I was unlucky to pick up a sealed box with a used roll (probably a return that the store didn't check). Fortunately whatever remained on the roll was sufficient, but it's not a good feeling to open a box and discover that someone else already tore off what they needed.”

We call in orders and they have them ready and waiting for our workers in record time! More recently I have been paint shopping for our home and had the HARDEST time choosing the PERFECT paint for our bedroom, I literally chose 2 dozen samples before deciding on one of my original 4 ! “Smart staff here can match any paint or stain color-- it's incredible!! Our wood fence was graffitied and the staff here found a way to match the stain, so we covered the graffiti and didn't have to paint it. What a relief! They also have great suggestions for exterior and interior paint colors. You can have an idea of what you want, you don't have to figure it out yourself, they will find the paint you're dreaming of.
