“I have purchased about 8 fish from John and have not had any issues with any of my fish. I usually do a 2 week quarantine on all new fish before adding them into my established tanks simply to be sure I am getting quality fish and to protect my much older fish. Every fish I have purchased from Shillington’s has been in great shape and super healthy! John is very knowledgeable and he and his wife are both very knowledgeable and friendly. Ignore the bad reviews I sense those are from mainly folks who did not know what they were doing or did not follow the advice correctly and ended up having a bad experience I have 5 well established tanks and many fish from this store and very happy with all the advice John as offered.”

“It's not the store but the groomers themselves that create a positive or negative experience. Tikka is a 95 lbs handful. He is a long hair GSD so there is matting issues. He also isn't nice to other dogs and definitely has opinions. They took him in, got him spotless... (note that in the picture he went rolling at the park and had a fight with a leaf pile after his bath because... Being clean wasn't his idea .) They got his nails, cleaned his ears and even clipped down his private areas so he could have less surprises caught in his fur. They did great, treated him exceptionally well and handled his opinions. In fact Tikka liked them. I highly recommend them. Again it's not the store but the staff and this group of women are great.”
