“I visited the store on three separate occasions, 11/7/23 thru 11/9/23, as the project I was working on required that I continually self-edit mistakes I made in the process - as well as having them laminated several times. Nicole's precision in getting the mock-up to perfectly fit the page, wrinkle-free lamination and perfect edge-trimming ability, was beyond incredible. To be fair, everyone in this office is spectacular in terms of their specific skill sets, customer service and professionalism. “Ive been coming here for years. Sometimes its so crowded that the line goes out the door, but don't fear the workers get you in and out in the line moves so quickly. Every employee that I have encountered working there has always been helpful nice and efficient. I purchased a lot from Amazon on constantly have Amazon returns this is the easiest and quickest location to do my returns at. And if you ever have outgoing mail you can just set it on the side counter they will take care of it for you no need to wait in line. And a weird flex but i have to mention about the store is whatever air freshener they use smells so darn good. Never been in the store one time even full of people on a hot summer day and had it not smell good.”

“This store was bought by another family. The prior family ran an exceptional UPS store. The new owner has gotten off to a rocky start. A lot of people are not happy with the way they’re treated, etc.. As time goes on, they appear to be finding their footing. They still handle Amazon returns efficiently.”
