“A-FREAKING AMAZING… this is my favorite UPS store in the surrounding area. It’s well-staffed, clean, and convenient. I walked in today to drop-off a package and was in-and-out! I’ve been to other UPS stores recently and have had to wait almost a full hour to be seen, not here! I like that I can drop my items off at the register without shenanigans and can confidently trust this store.
The gentleman who helped me was super friendly and gave me a receipt without me asking! He was warm and professional. The other staff also greeted me, such a nice touch! I’m definitely going to come here more often as I never get this customer service at other locations. I also liked that they treated each customer like adults and human beings!
I highly recommend The UPS Store for shipping items, it’s a fairly simple process with good value. It’s always recommended to print out your label before coming, however they can assist you with that here if you need it. Oh and apparently they do live scans now? I got a $2 coupon today for a LiveScan, yayyy! Just another reason to visit.”

“This store was bought by another family. The prior family ran an exceptional UPS store. The new owner has gotten off to a rocky start. A lot of people are not happy with the way they’re treated, etc.. As time goes on, they appear to be finding their footing. They still handle Amazon returns efficiently.”
“I went to 1 stop Mail shop because I needed to get a paper notarized in order for me to continue my process in getting my real I.D. drivers license. I went on a Saturday and Valerie was there to assist me. There were two ladies ahead of me that Valerie was assisting with their live scan finger printing. When it came my turn, Valerie notarized the papers and got it mailed out for me to reach it's destination by Monday. The shop is clean, has supplies for you to ship things, has a range of inventory of novelties, and there are mailboxes for you to rent instead of getting one at the actual post office. You can get your pages delivered there instead of your home if you are worried about porch pirates in your neighborhood. I checked on Monday and my paperwork arrived when she said it would. I got what I needed mailed back to me so I could continue my process within the time frame I needed. Everything was reasonably priced and I will be using their services from now on.”

“Tracy helped me with my passport and she was so nice and helpful even letting me see my photo to approve it. The other workers seemed nice too. It was a relaxed environment.
Tip: make an appointment for passports! They will still take walk ins but they mentioned they get average of 20 people a day for passports and there was two people waiting after me already for passports. It’s much faster with an appointment and filling out the application before hand. You can print it online”

“Calimesa post office has excellent staff that understands the importance of customer service. Sisi is the best, but do not underestimate the gentleman there at counter. He is friendly, helpful, professional and patient. When I was frightened by a confused, possibly mentally ill male customer, I witnessed the helpful, patient staff member handle the situation well and offer help to the young man - no judgement. I was impressed and grateful to have the staff of this post office serve me and others.”
