“I love this bank. There’s never a line. Everyone is friendly. They smile. There’s good background music playing. If I don’t feel like going in, there’s a drive through. It’s never packed . They’re really nice there. It reminds me of the good old days.It’s so refreshingly different than BofA across town, where they have a big open building that’s packed with employees and customers and there’s only one teller. “The main issue with this location is the size and throughput of the bank and staff itself vs the sheer amount of elderly community that visit this bank. Staff is always pleasant, even when I see the chaos of some of the people in line, but they are understaffed half the time. If you see 3 or more elderly people in the queue, run. Everyone gets old, its not discrimination, but if you are trying to do something quick, it wont happen with that many in line.”

“I have a business account with this bank. They are often short staffed and the poor workers always take the brunt of the abuse from unsympathetic customers. I understand and I can see them working so hard and I appreciate it. I always get good service when I'm there and appreciate the hard work. Hopefully they will get fully staffed again soon.”
