“I went on 1/4/2026. The store was neat and organized. The shoes were amazing. There is a lot to choose from. The employees are great, especially Martin Nava. He was helpful with getting sizes for me and at the register. He was energetic and helpful. They have a lot of shoes for sale. The original price was $29.97. They had a 50% off sale in December when I went. It still counted when I went, so the pairs of Converse only cost me $16.08, which is a fantastic deal.”

“Memorial Day, lots of people in the store. I walked straight to the shoe style I was after and couldn't find any extra wide sizes. Didn't even have to ask for help - this nice young man walked up and asked me what I was looking for. He told me exactly which of the shoes on display came in extra wide. Not on the shelf? No worry, he went in the back and came back out 10 seconds later with the size I asked for. Shoe was slightly too small. Made eye contact with another employee who immediately came over and took my order for the next 1/2 size up. She ran off and reappeared 10 sec later with the pair I ended up buying. Excellent customer support from attentive and well mannered employees despite the chaos of a holiday weekend. I will be buying my shoes from now on at this store.”

“SHOE GURU!!! Ecco shoes are high quality and worth the price. I've routinely shopped at the Ecco Outlet in Camarillo for almost two decades and have always been satisfied. But yesterday, I had an unforgettable experience worth mentioning in a review. Outlets are places where one cannot expect the highest customer service. The idea is the prices are lower, and you wrestle with the elements, finding your size and putting it on with little help from the staff. But this wasn't the case yesterday. A sales representative, Phillip, took me under his wing and guided me through what was available in my size. He went far beyond my expectations, cleaned the Ecco Track boots I was wearing, and researched the product best for the leather. I've been buzzing with the desire to tell another shoe enthusiast (fanatics like me) about this unusual experience of customer care and satisfaction, which I can't recommend enough. Shoes are crucial to foot health, and walking is vital to the heart, muscles, and joints. Ecco takes that seriously with unique and comfortable designs. A little help goes a very long way from a Shoe Guru. Thank you, Phillip!”
“Walked into Journeys today and had such a pleasant shopping experience. Not only did I find 2 great pairs of shoes that I absolutely fell in love with but also had such a great customer service interaction with the associate Alexa. She greeted everyone with a smile, really searched for the size I needed, called other stores for a stock check for me, and really took the time to create a great personal shopping experience. Meanwhile, they were pretty busy at the time I went in, but still took the time to help every customer that walked in. Amazing team here at Journey’s in Camarillo. Will definitely be back!! 10/10”

Mostly I was was very happy with the service especially the manager was great. And there's many places in Camarillo Outlet Mall. This is just one of the many gems as well as having many places to eat. If you're anywhere near the neighborhood check it out.”

“There is a fair number of items to select from. I have used these types of shoes for ten years. They are up there on the price being sold, but it is well worth it for my foot support and comfortability. I highly suggest the new slip-in sketcher shoes. I never have to bend over to put on my shoes. This helps me go through the day when I constantly move and multitask.”

I called and was looking for something specifically and IRENE not only found what I wanted... when I came in I could barely carry everything to my car. She's amazing, provided me great customer service and all with kindness. She was very attentive with all the customers while I was there. I was there 8/22 around 8-8:30 and I'll def drive an hour just to get her. I didn't ask but she def seemed like the manager. Thanks you -1 star now because for the last week I've called several times throughout the day and nobody answers.”
