“We love this store, but rarely find what we are looking for. If you are looking for specialty shoes, limited edition, etc., it's great. If you're looking for the average converse shoe and regular high top you probably won't find it here. They do have a very large selection of toddler/ children's shoes. The store is always immaculate and the employees are very nice.”

“SHOE GURU!!! Ecco shoes are high quality and worth the price. I've routinely shopped at the Ecco Outlet in Camarillo for almost two decades and have always been satisfied. But yesterday, I had an unforgettable experience worth mentioning in a review. Outlets are places where one cannot expect the highest customer service. The idea is the prices are lower, and you wrestle with the elements, finding your size and putting it on with little help from the staff. But this wasn't the case yesterday. A sales representative, Phillip, took me under his wing and guided me through what was available in my size. He went far beyond my expectations, cleaned the Ecco Track boots I was wearing, and researched the product best for the leather. I've been buzzing with the desire to tell another shoe enthusiast (fanatics like me) about this unusual experience of customer care and satisfaction, which I can't recommend enough. Shoes are crucial to foot health, and walking is vital to the heart, muscles, and joints. Ecco takes that seriously with unique and comfortable designs. A little help goes a very long way from a Shoe Guru. Thank you, Phillip!”

I found a size that work but a bit tight on the instep Simone and Basil explained they are vegan shoes and DM Balsam will help them stretch, they demonstrated the product on my kids DM shoes. This outlet had a pretty wide selection of shoes and apparel, most of which was buy one get one 50% off at the time we visited.
The customer service was excellent, Vans employees are always so chill to talk to, like a buddy you ran into after a few years.
This outlet in particular may not have any specific style in stock, but if you go in just ready to hunt for something unexpected you're bound to find it.”
