“I showed up this afternoon looking for a cover/shield for my Echo SRM 2620T weed eater and like always, they had exactly what I needed. They went above and beyond and installed the item right then and there. I love going to Churchhills Hardware. They are always kind, pleasant, respectful and always have amazing customer service. Won't go anywhere else. Thank you to the fellas that helped me out for making things that much better.”

“Well I've been coming here for 15 years now and it seems busier on weekends now more than ever before. . . However, I needed .024" MIG welding wire (non flux core) and they actually had it! No complaints, service is always good. Have to give the stars *****”

“I stopped in the store today because I had an issue with a stripped screw from an Allen wrench and after you tubing some possible solutions, I’d stop by to see if I could pick up a torque bit to help get this out. Shane was thoroughly helpful in helping me find a solution for this and provided excellent customer service. Anytime I drop by the employees at Emigh Ace Hardware have made a great shopping experience.”

“Great convenient place to buy pet food or small hardware items locally without driving all the way to town. Their prices are competitive and they have a loyalty program that will give you a discount after so many purchases. The guys who work here are nice and always help me load the heavy bags into the car. They also have resident store cats here, they are always nice to see.”

“Amazing service from both the yard staff and the inside team. They were quick and knowledgeable with their answers, showed me each board before loading it, and were happy to exchange any material I wasn’t satisfied with. Thank you, Berco!”

“Daniel and his assistant arrived at approx. 7:20am. He looked over the area that would be the best place for the Quiet Cool installed and in a few hours all was completed. I was impressed that he took the time to protect the items in my home from the small amount of dust that occurs during the install. Wow after the install and a short tutorial they cleaned up and were on their way. He knows his business and is very customer friendly. Debra J”

“Water heater install. Company I used sent the wrong appliance 3 times. Without hot water for over a week. Never offered any financial consideration for delays. Marked up the cost of the water heater by over 30%. Wouldn’t let me use my veterans discount for the heater. BUT…Plumber did a superb job, went above and beyond. Very pleased with the job.”

“I walked into the El Dorado Hills Home Depot because I was working on a project involving tile. I was introduced to Frank in floor/tile department. He had a great sense of humor and an expert in flooring. I also was assisted by Angelique who checked me out at the register she was also very friendly and customer service driven. It's was actually nice to go to Home Depot and not feel lost in a maze but was met with friendly and helpful staff.”

“Big shout out to Tyler from rentals. I explained to him that I previously rented a skid steer, and it leaked oil all over my property. He went above and beyond in customer service by calling management to help me get a refund and a pressure washer to clean up the mess caused by the skid steer. I told this to other employees, but he was the only one who showed empathy and compassion to do something about it. Thank you for listening to me, Tyler.”

“Rented a truck to pick up a ping pong table from the rental side of Home Depot. Fred was behind the counter. He was efficient, friendly and super funny. I left with a big ole smile on my face. The return was super easy and once again I was entertained by Fred. It was a good eye opener that they have SO much tools and other things to rent. A true do it yourself paradise. There's been other occasions where I've stopped in to purchase plants and my husbands list of stuff to complete his projects around the home. I can honestly say if you need something for your home this is the place to go. Plenty of parking, clean store and friendly employees.”
