“Water heater install. Company I used sent the wrong appliance 3 times. Without hot water for over a week. Never offered any financial consideration for delays. Marked up the cost of the water heater by over 30%. Wouldn’t let me use my veterans discount for the heater.
BUT…Plumber did a superb job, went above and beyond. Very pleased with the job.”
