“After having horrible experience at the Palladio Folsom location, we were able to get in and out of the EDH location in 10 minutes with our issue completely resolved. Very good customer service.”
“The staff were incredibly nice and knowledgeable about store products and promotions. I was able to switch over to AT&T super fast and get my new phone. Will definitely be recommending this location to others.”
“Shane was absolutely amazing today. He went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue with Verizon Business. I had been on the phone with them for four hours before I came into the store, feeling quite defeated. But Shane took the time to assist me in making call after call and stayed with me for two more hours. He even reviewed my account and spoke on my behalf when I was wrongly charged a fee. His professionalism was instrumental in helping me resolve my issue. I can’t express how much his exceptional customer service meant to me today. Shane is the epitome of an employee who goes above and beyond. I’ll definitely recommend this store and Shane to anyone who needs help.”
“I talked with Nikki at T-Mobile, Palladio store and found her to be extremely well versed with their product line. She was very accommodating on the time to see her and get the new services setup. When I reached there, she had started on the package I needed and helped with setting up the account, transferring the number, etc, etc. All this would have taken me half a day on my own, but with her help, it was a seamless setup. Robert (her team mate) also helped to expedite the paperwork. All in all, an exceptional service and experience.”
“I came to the infinity store to change my AT&T Internet services and switch over to infinity and I was so amazed by all the high tech equipment they have and they’re very advanced and knowledgeable, as well as professional I definitely recommend anyone needing Internet service to check them out”
