Mike at the front was careful and listened well. He explained the process and the work required and then performed. The cost appears more than other service shops in the area though.

I had a steering issue. Dealership recommended replacing the entire rack and pinion assembly, the struts, outer tie rod ends a nd a bunch of fluid exchanges ... totalling $6,000. Mr. Mazda said nah it's just your front tires and he was RIGHT! Saved $5,800 and Mr. Mazda has a new lifetime customer!
