Now, due to the fact that car parts were taking extremely long to deliver, it would be a month or 2 before my car would be fixed. But the final result was as flawless. “I've been coming to John and his team for a few years. Every time I've had little headaches with my 2005 Pilot that I don't have time to do for myself or is beyond my field of expertise I go here. John has been at this location for roughly 20 years and knows his stuff. He and his team will go above and beyond for a good quality service that will not require a second mortgage. I would describe automotive services as automotive healthcare. Issues need to be addressed, but they can be addressed in different ways: bandaids, medicine, and even surgery. John and his "medical" team will be frank, direct, and honest about expectations versus reality. If you do things a certain way, expect certain outcomes. He will always try to do things the right way and to the best of his abilities with reasonable expectations from you, the customer, and it all reflects on the outcomes they provide. Which have not caused me any problems, rather long-lasting solutions for my Pilot.”

“I went in after an accident and Jorge took very good care of my car and I. Everything from scheduling an appointment, to getting my car back was seamless. I was able to bring my car in for an estimate and drop it off the same day which was convenient. Jorge then dropped me off at home at no expense and showed that he was capable of driving a manual car nice and smooth, which made me feel safe because my car is manual. The estimate, and eventually the total cost was reasonable, and if you go through insurance then you don't have to worry about that anyways. On top of this Jorge sent me updates on how the job was going and made sure I knew I was in good hands. To my surprise what I thought would take a lot longer only took a week for Jorge and the workers at prestige auto body to complete. This shop here is legit, you could walk in knowing nothing about cars and they will treat you right and get your car looking brand new. Thank you Jorge and everyone else for the help and making an unfortunate situation feel like no problem at all.”

“I woke up one morning to some frustrating news... my car was hit by a passing car overnight. And like the terrible person they are, they did NOT leave a note. Ugh... gotta love hit and runs! To make matters worse, I do not have full coverage insurance, so all repairs would be on me. Great! Usually I would just want to leave my car as is, because it's an older car and still drivable. But the damage looked bad, and it was too embarrassing to be driving to work everyday. So I began researching places and came across Campbell Collision Center. Amir was AWESOME! Gave me a couple options of different levels of repairs I wanted to do and worked with me when I decided to go the "economic" route. He was never pushy and never tried to "up-sell" any other services. Super friendly guy! The technician was able to buff out the paint/scrapes and pop back out a dent that was in my bumper. Only took 1 hour to complete and was wayyyy below what I had originally anticipated paying for a repair. Looks fantastic! After getting an unlucky hit and run, I felt like I was due for some good karma.. and Campbell Collision was that for me! Highly recommend this spot!”

“A dent to the hood , front grill and bumper led us to CARSTAR Campbell and boy they made the whole experience such amazing. Ezekiel is a phenomenal customer service person and he helped us from the start to the end like an absolute rockstar. Took the car for an initial inspection (we have Statefarm insurance and their shop was a recommendation) and Ezekiel welcomed me with a cheerful smile and definitely made me feel at ease given a bit of anxiety sets in when you are driving to a bodyshop for repairs. The attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident throughout the entire process. He did a quick walkthrough around the car with me and was able to assess the damage , the parts that needed to be ordered and as well a timeline was provided as to by when the ordered parts would be available at the shop to proceed further with the fix.The professionalism and expertise demonstrated definitely instilled confidence in the services provided. We were informed about the parts coming in and were able to setup an appointment to drop the car. The repairs on the vehicle were completed ahead of the scheduled time , and the results looked great. It's clear that your technicians take pride in their work, and the craftsmanship is truly commendable. Additionally, the transparent communication and regular updates on the progress of the repairs were greatly appreciated. The cleanliness and organization of your facility also contributed to a positive overall experience (yeah parking in there sometimes can get a bit tight though i have seen a lot of bodyshops not taking good care of their workspace area etc). “We had been driving for hours on a Friday - on our way to a memorial the next day - when our car started losing power. We were desperate for answers - pulled into this Auto Zone - they ran a diagnostics & found the Mass Air Flow Sensor error. Would you believe that Marco and David walked us gals through the process of removing the filter box - where a mouse had built a nest!! After cleaning the sensor, we were on our way!! Without their help, we would have had to get a hotel, find a mechanic that was open on a Saturday, empty our pocketbooks & miss the memorial. We are incredibly grateful!!”
