“Great experience from beginning to end. I called the shop on a Monday to ask about having my VVT kit installed on my Mazdaspeed 3. It was due for a the service as it was never changed out and I started to hear a bit of rattle. They were quick to answer my questions and provide me with an estimate. I made the appointment for Thursday and the car was ready the next day to be picked up. They called and informed me that my Power steering hose was cracked and they swapped it out and did an oil change during the initial service and the car was ready to be picked up.I picked up the car started it and it now runs much smoother and quieter. Great service and will be sure to come back again for other services.Glad I chose them, it was a right sign especially after arriving and seeing 3 Mazdaspeed 3's being serviced and a very clean Mazdaspeed 6 (shop owners) car sitting there when I picked mine up.If you drive a Mazda, please do yourself a favor and come here.”

“I've been coming to John and his team for a few years. Every time I've had little headaches with my 2005 Pilot that I don't have time to do for myself or is beyond my field of expertise I go here. John has been at this location for roughly 20 years and knows his stuff. He and his team will go above and beyond for a good quality service that will not require a second mortgage. I would describe automotive services as automotive healthcare. Issues need to be addressed, but they can be addressed in different ways: bandaids, medicine, and even surgery. John and his "medical" team will be frank, direct, and honest about expectations versus reality. If you do things a certain way, expect certain outcomes. He will always try to do things the right way and to the best of his abilities with reasonable expectations from you, the customer, and it all reflects on the outcomes they provide. Which have not caused me any problems, rather long-lasting solutions for my Pilot.”

“I have a 79 super beetle with fuel injection. I've worked on it some myself and, while the convenience of a working fuel injection system is great, the parts for this system are hard to come by. My beetle failed a smog test and Dave and his great crew got me right in to help. They maintain a stock of a lot of the hard to find parts for air-cooled Volkswagens and swapped out my mass airflow sensor box and sorted out the warranty with the company who refurbished the sensor I had put on myself recently. Dave even knew the man who refurbished the sensor personally. They were very thorough and found an issue with the gasket on my EGR valve that was causing a power loss at low throttle. The car passed with flying colors. All the while, Dave and his staff were very respectful and kept me informed of the progress throughout. I wouldn't take the car anywhere else after their help.”

“Can you get more reliable, quick and easy service nowadays? Yes you can from Campbell motor center. My car tire had a nail problem and needed it removed/ plugged up. I called CMC on a Friday morning to see if this is something they can help with and was told yes, and to drop off the car for same day service. Since they were busy I was quote a few hours, sure! Dropped off my car with super smooth. Gave my info and left. Not even an hour later, I got a call back saying they were able to squeeze my car in between jobs and it was completed. Holy quickness!! For the price and timing of my specific request, I appreciate their response and timeliness compared to other mechanic services. Definitely a recommended place to go to for car services if you're in the area.”
