William was very thorough and identified quite a few things dealers neglected with clear explanations and how we can address them in the near future. The generic 80k service was done and at a reasonable cost - compared to incomplete service done at the dealers. He was also very familiar with BMW coolant issues which plagued my 2018 X3.”

“I had the RCI skid plate package installed for my new 4Runner and worked with Thomas to schedule. Had an awesome experience, the flex function team is very kind and professional. They’re very responsive to commutation too. The transfer case plate crossbar was bumping against my OEM gas skid plate and exhaust and the team went above and beyond to trim the plates for me to prevent any bumping and rattles. I would definitely recommend this shop!”

Over the phone Walter listened and guided me that this probably would be a dealer warranty issue. When I asked for advice, should I spend money on a car that has 108K miles he sighed, shook his head no and then made 2 Volvo suggestions to replace my current Volvo and gave me the reasons why. Walter and his staff provide kind, timely, professional auto care.
