“Amy at Extra Space Storage was great. Friendly while still concise, quick, and down-to-business with the task at hand. She keeps a clean and very tidy facility. This location seems like a very secure place. I’ve rented for a few years now and I’ve never felt unsafe at this facility or noticed anyone on the property behaving in any concerning ways. She runs a tight ship, but if she sees she can trust you and you respect her boundaries and you respect the facility and its rules, she’ll make accommodations (within reason). When you make a reservation online, she reaches out to follow up, and she generally answers/returns calls very promptly if you call the facility. You can tell she takes her job, this facility and its security seriously. So far, I’ve never had an issue with any of the staff or other customers here, so I’d recommend this place.”

“Highly recommend. Used them for 6 years with zero problems. Carts and dollies are available on-site to help move things into/out of your unit. Owner is very easy to deal with, the price is extremely competitive especially given the location. In 6 years only had rental fees on a 10x10 increase once by $10.”

“Vikas, Vikas, Vikas! Where to start? Vikas is incredibly competent. He handled absolutely every question I could throw his way. He is effective, kind and friendly in an industry that doesn't always present as such. I am so stoked that Vikas is the individual I will have to go interact with at my new storage unit. Exemplary customer service. Thank you.”
