While there were some initial issues with a gravel bike rental, the staff was understanding and resolved the problems promptly. Beautiful well organized store. Staff member walked with me to find the item I was seeking. Check out person carefully noticed the pair of sandals I’d chosen were mismatched in size and found the correctly sized mate preventing me from needing to return. Great store with excellent staff members.
