“This place was a find during my recent US visit.
I was looking for stability shoes , Gel Kayano 31 in particular. I wasn’t able to find my required specifications in other stores and that was when I stumbled upon this place.
The owner ( sorry, I didn’t get your name!!) was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and clearly passionate about his work. He very patiently did my foot scan, and then made me try and walk in different shoes with different widths and helped me choose my Gel Kayano 32 ( more than a month before they were due in the company stores).
I must say, the whole experience was extremely satisfying and I am sure to visit next time when I am in Bay Area. Thank you for all your help!!”

What impressed me the most was the bicycle technician
Made sure everything was working properly
Adjusted the derailerMultiple times Until it was just right
He explained to me the different fundamentals on how the bike works
I was really impressed
I went to the cashier to pay. They gave me the 10% discount which was a great savings.
Also, I donated to a charity and that made me feel really good
