Let me tell you what a breath of fresh air that was. We spoke on the phone a week prior to him squeezing me in, to accommodate my schedule because I was coming from afar. I was there at 9am sharp and his technician Gabe was there to greet me and check me in. You can tell a lot from Gabe that he is instilled with the same values that Kevin demonstrates. They are 100% in sync which assured me even further that I was in good hands. They went over and above then what I asked at a more than fair cost and gained a lifetime customer.
