“Yosef literally 'freed' me from being shackled. I couldn't remove my watch because the clasp on my Omega SM failed whilst on my wrist. I had it on overnight and came to Doman for rescue the next day after doing some research on Yelp. This place is everything the 4.8 stars say it is and then some. Yosef was knowledgeable and delicate when removing a link from my watch while it was still on my wrist. He offered to fix the clasp but ultimately was unable to because it was already broken, a known issue with this series of Omegas. Nonetheless, even after spending a good amount of time and effort, he refused to charge me for services rendered. I had to be fairly assertive in my insistence that I pay him something before he agreed to a tiny fee. Unfortunately, this sort of service is rare these days. In the meantime, come here for any watch repairs while you still can.”

They had a whole selection of beautiful rings but we had our heart set on Verragio. He was very patient with us and made sure that all our questions were answered and requirements met. The Verragio engagement ring and wedding bands we wanted were not on display so we had to special order them. The wait was a bit longer than estimated but it was well worth it! Beautiful design and great customer service! Thank you to the gentleman who we picked up the rings from as Chinmay was off that day! We are ready for our next chapter!"”

“Montblanc's storefront always manages to catch my eye! Love the clean, elegant designs! But the reason I walk in is because of familiar faces! I saw Roxanne and so had to say Hi! She's so warm and helpful! I love hearing the stories behind each of the themed pens. I'm a longstanding fan of the Meisterstruck line, but the artistry behind the new ones are a large part of why I come back! The Agatha Christie is probably my favorite! Had to get the updated one. Super big fan of Rudyard Kipling! The theme of his poem IF applies today to the American individual now more than ever. Inspired me to get that pen! But the Skywalker series is what sings to me. Love the design! And so when Roxanne showed me what looked like textured obsidian, I had to make the purchase! And here I was just strolling through to join some friends for dinner...Haha! And I also love other Montblanc accessories. Their cuff links can make anyone look toothsome! Love the stories! Love the ambassadorship flare of the service, especially Roxanne! And it's always a pleasure to feel like I'm leaving with a work of functional art worthy of a museum! Would purchase everything again!...or maybe something new..Haha! Woohoo!”

I was skeptical because reading online says the manufacturer does not sell replacement parts and a few places I called said they can't be fixed.
