“I had ordered a few suits online for an upcoming meeting and decided to try on the jackets in-store to get a feel for the two different colors. I was heading to the mirror room and Ryan chose to accompany me although he really didn't have to.
Ryan engaged by making light conversation while I tried on my jackets and as we got to chatting, he revealed that he used to work in Washington DC and offered his opinion on the two suits I had purchased. I was grateful for his opinion as I am usually going it alone and ended up selecting a suit and getting it tailored with Nordstrom instead of with my usual tailor. It is a nice addition that Nordstrom also presses the suit for you after tailoring.
After we had finished all that I had mentioned to Ryan that I was in the market for new shoes and he was very helpful in recommending some dark brown options to accompany my navy suit, as opposed to my usual black dress shoes. I do think the dark brown looks much better and will be purchasing a pair.
Overall, Ryan made my experience at Nordstrom Topanga wonderful! We got a lot done in a short amount of time and I am ready for my meeting. Thank you, Ryan Faden!”
“I had a really great shopping experience here. I came in for a specific item that was out of stock but ended up getting something else. The staff was helpful and attentive. I often shop the Cabazon and Palm Desert location but love that this is close to home with Camarillo no longer open. I've never had a bad shopping experience at any of these stores and I'm not super rich or overly dressed when I come in to purchase or browse. The sales associates at all locations have given above satisfactory service and ive alwaysleft happier than I went in. Thanks Gucci.”
“I stopped by this Gap store after visiting the Gap kids store which is connected to this store inside. I didn't realize they were the same store until I walked out of the Gap Kids store and right next to it is the regular Gap store. The store isn't that big because it's sharing the adults and kids clothing. So when you walk in, the men's jeans are on the right and the women jeans are on the left. The prices are higher here than other places but if it's your style and you like it then that's what matters. The staff are friendly and helpful if you have any questions. A lady worker asked if I needed any help but I just told her I was browsing.”
“My wife and I had an amazing time shopping at this store today and Quinn was very helpful. He let my wife know which clothing we're on sale and answered any questions she had. While she went into the fitting room to try them on, I was talking to Quinn for a little bit. My wife like one of the dress she tried on so she decided to purchase it. They had some nice selection of clothing and accessories for men and women here. They also had some sunglasses and air fragrance as well. The special today was almost half off so we came at the right time.”
“Ok so I typically write reviews about restaurants and hotels etc, but I have to take a second to give credit where it is due. I love Vans, always have, and the store located in Topanga mall is top notch. I shop here regularly and the customer service is always "off the wall" (see what I did there?) :-) Anyway I MUST give a shoutout to my girl Pearce who hooked it up with some new kicks and even laced them for me! “straight up best hot topic crew ever. always super nice and helpful when I come to shop and recently the app glitched and never told me my online pickup order shipped and was ready to be picked up so the order expired! If it were up to the company it would have just been sent back to the warehouse snd I would be refunded without being notified but these absolute angels did me a solid by extending my pickup deadline by a few days and they even gave me a call to let me know. I was able to get my order which the app is STILL showing as not shipped yet lol. Oh well. These people rule! Shoutout to Mason and Amanda for looking out for their regulars and taking care of us. give them all a raise :)”
“I stopped by this Levi store inside Topanga mall yesterday while my wife was shopping at other stores. I was looking at their jeans to see if they have good baggy pants but didn't see any. I took a look at their shirts as well but the style just wasn't for me. A worker asked if I needed any assistance and I told her I was just browsing. I saw that they do some tailoring work here but it is pricey so be aware of that.”

“I spent my birthday money online at AE. Some things didn't quite fit and others didn't fit at all so I ran to the AE store in this mall and was immediately greeted by Emma. She was friendly and so very helpful!! She was kind to my young children. And she helped me return and exchange and purchase new things online all in the same transaction. “Nice staff. Has large selection of groceries south Asian Indian clothes with a tailor on premise. He’s pretty good and fast! As kait indian places a little cluttered with so much product but that also provides a larger selection.
Owner (Kamal) is so very nice and hard working. She runs the salon which provides most services like hair, make up, facials and waxing and threading. I’ve tried the threading , European wax (more expensive but less painful) and makeup for an Indian event. Happy with all!”
“I'm a new fan of Lucky brand. Good pricing. Beautiful and cool collection. And their man t shirts and shorts on 2019 are a must. Came here after couldn't find what I wanted at Camarillo outlet. And found here everything they didn't have and more. Like I said. I am a lucky brand fan. And will return to store in few weeks for more.”

She must've searched the entire department, brought me EVERY option, spoke to the bride on FaceTime about specifications. She had the most positive attitude and not once complained, and she would've been warranted to complain! She is an amazing employee, amazing at customer service, and she helped me with the impossible. She found a show for me that met all the criteria, was comfortable, and looked great on my feet. “My first time at this store and I loved it! The clothing and accessories are gorgeous! Unfortunately, we encountered a disturbing experience with a robbery at the mall. This review is for the staff at this store location. The way they handled the situation and made sure we were all safe was so amazing! Emily took charge the during the entire time and made sure we were all okay! While everyone in the mall was screaming and running out, she put herself in harms way and locked the doors and directed all of us to the back for our safely. Emily, Natalie and the entire staff of Madewell...thank you so much for keeping us safe! I will definitely stop by Madewell, not only to shop for the great clothes, but to visit these girls!”

“Came here so my partner could get some clothes. They had some pretty good deals and the shits he got were nice and light not too heavy at all and had a great vintage look to them. He also got some shorts that were on sale. The come to find out store manager was helping us check out. She was so nice and was really friendly very inviting. I never been here before, but I can definitely see myself coming here when it's my time to get some items. Great atmosphere”
“First time shopping at this store! My daughter is 14 and happens to like their clothes. Upon walking in we was welcomed by an employee and offered help if needed. It is filled with hot trendy pieces at an affordable price point! The set up of this store and their merchandise is so in and very much branded by the seasons! The aesthetic and feel of this store is also reminiscent of the 90's style as well. Great inventory! I also had the pleasure of speaking with the Manager Santi! She was super friendly and we spoke for quite a while. I was able to get an in depth feel for this review as I stayed in the store for the better half of the hour. The employees work very well with each other. As customers came in the employees were very friendly and walking about the store seeing to it that customers were tended too;whether for a fitting room or being checked out at the register. These employees work very hard as they were also putting out new inventory as well. I highly recommend this store. You will love it!”
